the Remote Piloted Vehicle
The Remote Piloted Vehicle, or R.P.V., is itself a launcher for an aerial drone. It can launch and control said drone from a safe distance, allowing its operator to easily surveil enemy territory without putting himself or other personnel at risk. The R.P.V. has a m.s. of 8, and these characteristics:
Aerial Drone (i): what the R.P.V. is named for, this unmanned aerial vehicle can be piloted from the R.P.V. itself, allowing him to see what the drone sees, and to relay that information to his teammates in the field. The aerial drone possesses intensity 9 Flight (about 600 m.p.h.).
Communications Array (i): the R.P.V. (and its drone) is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system. This makes for intensity 8 communications power (with a 2,500 mile range) that has intensity 10 signal encryption.
Lightning Speed (a): the R.P.V. has this ability, at least in the technical sense. The mobile aerial drone launcher can move about at approximately 45 miles per hour, on two powerful treads. This translates into an intensity 2 version of this power.
Little Brother Radar Station (w): this small radar unit can be used to scan an area in front of the R.P.V.'s aerial drone in order to avoid potential threats in its area - or to at least become aware of them before it's too late. This radar system works with intensity 10 effectiveness.
