the Tiger Shark

The Water Moccasin is a medium-sized attack boat driven by a powerful Destro v-12 airfan engine. It's fast and quiet, and packs quite a lot of punch. Usually piloted about by Copperhead or other aquatically inclined Cobra goons, the Water Moccasin is versatile and dangerous.

This is why the Gi Joe team decided to make limited use of the things. You see, having captured several Water Moccasins over the years, they just had to 'clean' the boats up and give them a new paint job, and thus created the Tiger Sharks. They have these capabilities:

Body Armor (s): the Tiger Shark's hull is built from a boron-epoxy composite to form a proper, military-grade hull. This heavy duty construction provides it a material strength of 10, and offers its occupants a total of +2 protection from attack.

Communications Array (i): the Tiger Shark is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system. This makes for intensity 6 communications power (with a 250 mile range) that has intensity 10 signal encryption.

Destructor II Cannons (a): these two 50mm guns are each mounted flanking the Tiger Shark's cockpit; one port and one starboard. They can each be fired to inflict the pilot's Agility +6 damage each, or fired simultaneously to achieve a total of +7 damage.

DES-20b Machine Guns (a): these twinned 20mm cannons inflict the gunner's Agility +6 damage in a short burst, raised to +7 when fired fully automatic. The difference between them and the Destructors, though, is that they're on a pivoting and rotating ring turret.

Exterior Crew Decks (Passengers): though the Tiger Shark primarily seats two (the pilot and the gunner), it can also carry several additional folks as is necessary. It can do this on two rear-mounted panels, though these hangers-on don't benefit from the body armor listed above.

Gator Torpedo (i): mounted on the bottom of the Tiger Shark is a small, remote-guided torpedo. This small vehicle is propelled by a water jet and can rapidly strike other boats with ease, thanks to its high speed operation. It inflicts intensity 10 damage on impact.

Lightning Speed (a): the Tiger Shark is pretty fast for a boat that is as heavily armored as it is. It can achieve speeds equal to 28 knots when fully loaded, which translates into approximately 32 m.p.h. (intensity 2 lightning speed).
