the Pulverizer

The Pulverizer is a small, fast treaded vehicle designed and built by the Battle Force 2000 team - their last creation, in fact. The thing is essentially a large, mobile laser cannon that can be driven by almost any Gi Joe operative, and has these capabilities:

Body Armor (s): the Pulverizer is built tough. It is framed within a sloped double-wall armored tank hull, has hardened steel tank treads, and plated armor on its turret, which act in concert to provide the vehicle +3 body armor and an effective m.s. of 11.

Communications Array (s): the Pulverizer is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system. This makes for intensity 6 communications power (with a 250 mile range) that has intensity 10 signal encryption.

Lightning Speed (a): though its sole weapon is rather heavy, the Pulverizer is fast on its treads. It's powered by a 400 HP water cooled v-6 engine, and can move around at approximately 75 miles per hour (having this 'power' at intensity 3).

Pulverizer Cannon (a): the Pulverizer's namesake, this heavy duty laser cannon can dish out astounding damage against enemy vehicles, fortifications and even personnel. It fires a blast capable of inflicting the driver's Agility +9 energy damage with every deadly strike.
