the Radar Rat

The Radar Rat is essentially a mobile radar platform the Gi Joe team can roll into almost any area to provide instant air defense. It can track airborne targets with its radar unit - and then flatten 'em with up to four missiles. The Radar Rat has a m.s. of 8, and these capabilities:

Communications Array (i): the Radar Rat is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system, allowing for constant team communications. This makes for intensity 6 comm power (with a 250 mile range) that has intensity 10 signal encryption.

Flat Face Target Tracking System (w): the Radar Rat's means of sensing its environment, it uses these large parabolic dishes to get a radar 'fingerprint' of the area, and can track targets in the air and on the ground with intensity 14 ability and range (out to artillery range).

Lightning Speed (a): something of a misnomer, the Radar Rat isn't really all that quick. However, it is propelled by a 250 HP fuel injected v6 engine, so it can move at up to 60 m.p.h. if it absolutely has to (intensity 2 lightning speed).

Low Blow Missiles (i): these four surface to air semi-active missiles can be fired at anything the Radar Rat can sense, and do so with some accuracy. They inflict the intensity 11 damage when fired singly, adding a +1 for each additional projectile that hits.
