Doctor Mindbender: formerly a mild-mannered orthodontist, Doctor Mindbender came into being after the man tested out his brain-wave altering devices (meant to alleviate dental pain) polarized his personality, remaking him into an amoral, proverbial 'mad scientist'. Ripper: after being expelled from nursery school for shaking his fellow children down for candy, Harry grew up into a life of crime.
