Equipment:

Grenades (i): Harry's always got a few of these beauties on him at all times, no matter how inappropriate their possession may be in a given situation. Fragmentary in nature, they can be thrown to inflict intensity 10 edged (physical) damage to all un-covered targets within striking distance.

Knife (s): Harry's always got at least one knife on his person, usually carried in a sheath strapped on to his chest. This blade always has finger guards, and is sometimes a spike-knuckled trench knife. Either way, it is made from m.s. 14 metals, and can inflict +2 damage in melee.

M-203 Assault Rifle (a): a new addition to Harry's arsenal of explosive playthings, this weapon is a fully functional automatic rifle, which can inflict up to +6 damage in a sustained burst of fire. It also has a bottom-mounted grenade launcher (damage per the grenades listed above).

Motorcycle (i): as is the case with all Dreadnoks, Harry has a motorcycle - this is a requisite of being a Dreadnok, of course, but the man truly loves these powerful vehicles (and little else). Harry's personal land chariot can move with intensity 7 'lightning speed'.

Pistol (a): regardless of his other gear, Harry's usually got a backup pistol handy, almost always stored in a holster on his left hip. This gun can be fired to inflict +4 damage in a single shot, or +5 damage in a clip-exhausting hail of lead - not too good, but it works in a pinch.

Uzi 9mm (a): in the event that his M-203 runs out of ammunition, Harry often carries this weapon to serve as a backup; it does the same damage, but lacks a grenade launcher. Said damage is +4 damage in a single shot, +5 in a short burst, and +6 in a full-auto spread.

Hindrances:

(none)

Skills:

Boxing (s): considering the peculiarities of his background, it is sort of implied that Harry is good at bare-knuckled brawling. As such, he can divide his pre-cardplay action score between two unarmed melee attacks, the last of which occurs as a contingent action.

Brawling (s): in addition to his 'boxing' skill, Harry is very good at putting people down for the count - no matter how dirty he has to get. If he reduces an opponent to zero (0) health in unarmed melee, Harry will drop his unfortunate foe into a comatose state.

Marksmanship (a): while he loves taking things apart in a much more... personal fashion, Harry can nonetheless shoot stuff up with the best of 'em. While not a formally trained marksman, Harry's learned how to point and shoot via trial and error over the years, and can do so at a reduced difficulty level.

Knives (s): sure, he can shoot a gun - most Dreadnoks can. But Harry's true area of expertise is in the use of most any kind of short, sharp weapon - if it's got a pointy edge somewhere, Harry can use it to take stuff (or people) apart. When wielding such devices, Harry does so at a reduced difficulty.

Calling:

Demolisher: Harry is almost a perfect representation of this calling - an exemplar, if you will. The man enjoys taking apart the pretty, useless things in society and stomping on the remains, though anything will work in a pinch. He's only happy when he's breaking things.

Costume:

Recent monetary gains have allowed Harry to even buy a third outfit. Harry now also sports an ensemble that consists of a gray, sleeveless shirt, blue jeans, large, hob-nailed brown engineer boots, gray knee-pads, black leather gloves, yellow wrist bands, a dark green baseball cap, and silver sunglasses.

Personality:

Harry hates just about every one and every thing (not including grape soda and chocolate-covered donuts, of course). Anti-social and proud of it, he enjoys nothing more than tearing things apart with sharp, pointy objects, and then jumping up and down on the left-over bits and pieces.

Real Name: Harry Nod
Occupation: biker, shiftless layabout
Legal Status: Australian citizen wanted in various countries for all manner of crimes
Marital Status: single
Alias(es), if any: none
Group Affiliation: the Dreadnoks

Height: 6' 1"
Hair: black
Eyes: unknown (he's always wearing sunglasses)
Weight: 190 lbs
Other Distinguishing Characteristics: Harry usually wears a full beard and moustache, but for a time he reduced his facial hair to a moustache and rather large, connected mutton chops. He usually looks as though he's growing his hair back out after wearing a mohawk for a time (though the 'hawk is still there).

Story:

Harry Nod grew up in the town of Grim Cape, Tazmania, and showed evidence of anti-social behavior even during nursery school. His inherent anger manifested in schemes to shake down his fellow children for their candy, extortion, and even aggravated assault - which ultimately got him expelled.

He eventually grew up after a fashion, and drifted from one biker gang to another, all of which ultimately kicked him out due to his excessive nastiness and atrocious personal hygiene. This didn't deter Harry in the least, nor did spending most of his adult life in various correctional institutes.

His truly unique thuggery eventually got him noticed by the likes of Zartan, something of a zen biker criminal mastermind, who had recently lost his marbles (after a fashion). Liking his temperament, Harry was glad to ride with this more-than-human biker ninja assassin.

Their various misadventures eventually saw them in the service of Cobra, as Zartan has had various dealings with that terrorist organization's Commander for quite some time; of course, these dealings were what had caused him to go over the deep end to begin with, but that's not the point.

For quite a long time, Harry and his fellow Dreadnoks had worked with Zartan in the perpetration of various nefarious deeds for Cobra. Now, that group had much more qualified operatives than the likes of Harry, but they needed Zartan, so they tolerated him and his growing number of pals.

Zartan eventually got out of the picture, though, and his siblings took over the gang for a time. Zarana seemed to have one group of Dreadnoks at her beck and call, while Zandar had the other, of which Harry was a part. Either way, they parted ways with Cobra shortly before that group fell apart in the nineties.

Returning to their roots, they all reunited with a newly-evil (thanks to Doctor Mindbender's meddling) Zartan in his Florida Everglades hideout, and got their act together. Along with his fellows, Harry managed to turn the small gang of Dreadnoks into something of a national phenomenon.

This rather large outfit, now the size of gangs comparable to the Hell's Angels, is involved in all kinds of criminal activities, though its day to day operations seem to be managed by Zartan's daughter, Zanya (much to the chagrin of Zarana, it would seem). Not that Harry cares about any of this.

He just likes tearing things apart, no matter who's telling him to do it...

The problem with this, though, is that having done rather well in the last few years, the Dreadnoks have attracted the attention of a newly re-created Cobra organization. This group needed Zartan's help yet again, this time to enact a mad plot involving nano-scale robot weaponry.

As is usually the case with Cobra's world domination schemes, this one ultimately fell apart, leaving Harry and his fellows in the lurch during a failed invasion of Washington, D.C. Harry escaped capture at this point, though, and he and the Dreadnoks are free to perpetrate their crime spree to this day...!

Profile (in the words of Clutch):

'Ripper is the epitome of nasty. A refugee from some Mad Max film, his potential for destruction is only matched by his lack of education. Ripper needs the Dreadnoks as much as they need him; they help keep him out of jail, and in return he destroys everything in his path.

'You can't find a more dysfunctional grouping anywhere.'
