the Wave Crusher

The Wave Crusher is a small, lightweight water sled that has several armaments, as well as a special surprise. It can actually be reconfigured into a Cobra jet ski, allowing for clandestine operations executed by the Spy Troops. It has a m.s. of 8 and these capabilities:

Communications Array (i): the Wave Crusher is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system, allowing for constant team communications. This makes for intensity 4 comm power (with a 25 mile range) that has intensity 10 signal encryption.

Of course, that's not all. Helping it to function in its capacity as a Cobra device, the Wave Crusher also has a purloined Cobra-band radio installed as well. This gear works with similar range, but it only has intensity 8 signal encryption.

Lightning Speed (a): the Wave Crusher, no matter its form, is a high speed water-based vehicle. It can either move atop the waves at intensity 2 speed (around 45 m.p.h.), or instead move beneath the waves at but intensity 1 speed (approximately 30 m.p.h.).

Machine Guns (a): in either mode, the Wave Crusher has access to two powerful machine guns. These 20mm cannons are linked, and can be fired to inflict the operator's Agility +6 damage in a small burst, raised to the operator's Agility +7 damage when fired fully automatic.

Missile (i): accessible only in its water sled mode, the Wave Crusher can fire this singular, surface to surface projectile to inflict intensity 10 explosive damage to whatever it hits - as well as everything else within near missile distance.

Shape Change (a): the principal purpose of the Wave Crusher is to fool Cobra troopers into believing that it is, in fact, one of their own vehicles. It can readily and easily be reconfigured between its Gi Joe and Cobra mode, a feat that takes only 2 exchanges.
