Doctor Mindbender: formerly a mild-mannered orthodontist, Doctor Mindbender came into being after the man tested out his brain-wave altering devices (meant to alleviate dental pain) polarized his personality, remaking him into an amoral, proverbial 'mad scientist'. Doctor Mindbender comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Kwinn: mysterious to the core, this enigmatic Eskimo mercenary is one of the best there is at what he does. A man of honor, Kwinn always obeys the exact wording of his contracts, and he never reveals anything about his employers - no matter how much he may want to. Kwinn comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Storm Shadow: Tommy Arashikage, Cobra's greatest ninja operative, didn't originally start out with evil aims. However, thanks to the machinations of Cobra Commander, he was swept into a life of crime and terrorism, one that continually comes back to haunt him...! Zartan: a 'zen cosmic biker hitman', the man known only as Zartan is an assassin with astounding powers of camouflage, regeneration, and super human strength. Though no one really knows why he did so, Zartan is also the founder of the Dreadnoks. Zartan comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the A.P.C. Transport: manned by Battle Android Troopers, the Android Personnel Carrier (A.P.C.) Transport serves many uses in This Snake's Army. It can be used to harrass the Gi Joe team's operatives, or to keep Cobra's various Venom troopers in line, when such becomes necessary! The A.P.C. Transport comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the Ninja Lightning Cycle: a revamp of the old-style, Ninja Force vehicle, the Ninja Lightning Cycle is a much more efficient version of ninja motorcycle. Of course, the nefarious Storm Shadow appropriated one of these, so now Cobra has them in their arsenal, too! the (new) Ninja Lightning Cycle comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the Sentry: the Sentry is a Cobra H.I.S.S. slightly modified for use by the Crimson Guard. A treaded vehicle with a serious top-mounted, twinned 90mm gun turret, the Sentry delivers serious fire power that is second only to an actual tank in practice - and still has the ability to chew them up when it has to. The Sentry comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the Venom Striker: Cobra liked what it saw in the Gi Joe team's Assault Quad... so they stole it. While the new Venom Striker works the same as the Assault Quad on the inside, they replaced its rear-mounted box missile launcher with a four-barreled laser cannon platform! the Venom Striker comes in Classic and Saga styles!
