Finally, it has a communications suite that works with intensity 1 ability (10 mile range). the M.O.B.A.T. (i): a highly qualified tank operator, Ralph was usually seen in action behind the 'wheel' of this monster, the Multiple Ordinance Battle Tank. Check this tank out in its own entry. Pistol (a): in the unlikely event that he be stuck in action without both his tank and his Uzi, Ralph also carries this small weapon in a shoulder holster... just in case. This smaller, unidentified pistol can be used as a +4 weapon with each deadly attack, and can likely hold six or nine shots within before needing to be reloaded. Uzi 9mm Submachine Gun (a): Ralph this small assault hand-cannon in the event that he is found in action without his tank, for some odd reason (and it has happened). The gun can be used as a +4 weapon with a single shot, +5 in a semi-automatic burst of lead. Furthermore, Ralph can fire it one-handed, but he does so at one increased difficulty level. Hindrances: (none) Skills: Boxing (s): part of his Army training included learning the basic means of defending himself unarmed. Keeping that in mind, you can see that Ralph may reduce the difficulty of any firearm attack he makes by one difficulty level lower than would otherwise be required. Military (w): though he's rather annoyed by folks telling him what to do, Ralph nonetheless is a military man. As such, he knows everything a body needs to about military protocols and the like, and should he need to, he can effectively lead a body of fighting men (and women) into battle. Repair (a): in addition to being able to drive a tank, Ralph has, by necessity, learned how to repair one in the field. Should he have to fix his tank (or any other mechanical item), Ralph may attempt such actions at one difficulty level lower than is usually necessary - he's that good! Calling: Thrill-Seeker: though in a military unit, Ralph doesn't fight because he enjoys the structure of Army life so much as he likes to drive around blowing up the bad guys. Oh sure, there's that whole sense of duty and whatnot, but Ralph's really in it for the thrill of battle. Costume: Ralph, while in action, simply wears a green Army outfit (green pants and long sleeve shirt), with black boots, a black belt, and black gloves. He also wears a black shoulder holster which carries his emergency piece. Of course, he's usually got his high tech helmet on while in action, as well... Personality: Ralph has rough edges. He's rather stubborn, into heavy machinery, and really enjoys heavy metal music. These combined tendencies tend to paint him as something of a troublemaker, and have in fact gotten him in a spot of trouble during his military career. However. Ralph nonetheless is one of the best there is at what he does, and that is tank combat - whether it be in an urban or rural setting. He does his duty with a smile, and that's usually because he's using his M.O.B.A.T. to pound the snot out of something... Real Name: Ralph W. After that particular mission, Ralph was assigned to test out new weaponry for the G.I.Joe team, along with several other original Joes.
