the Sky H.A.V.O.C. (Heavy Articulated Vehicle Ordinance Carrier)

As an answer of sorts to Cobra's Pythonization process, the G.I. Joe team began to retrofit several of its older vehicles (and some captured Cobra gear) with a revolutionary, radar-resistant technology. The vehicles that were equipped with this tech comprised the G.I. Joe team's Sky Patrol.

The Sky H.A.V.O.C., then, is a revamped H.A.V.O.C., a heavy tracked vehicle (for all-terrain capability) which can seat four folks comfortably - two in the cockpit, one on the leveler control chair, and one in the utility flier (see below), and is essentially radar-invisible. The Sky H.A.V.O.C. has these vehicular capabilities:

Communications Array: the Sky H.A.V.O.C. is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system, allowing for constant team communications. This makes for Typical (6) comm power (with a 250 mile range) that has Remarkable (30) ranked signal encryption.

Front Guns: the Sky H.A.V.O.C.'s secondary weapons are two front-mounted, horizontally adjustable machine guns, each of which can be fired to inflict damage as per a standard machine gun - Good (10) Shooting damage in a semi-auto ammo burst, +1 CS in a full-auto ammo burst.

Impact-Resistant Tilt-Back Canopy: this bullet-resistant 'glass' window array / roof-top offers the driver and co-driver (if present) of the Sky H.A.V.O.C. Excellent (20) protection from attack. Other occupants of the Sky H.A.V.O.C. have no inherent Protection (hence the asterisk).

Invisibility to Radar: the Sky Patrol Sky Sky H.A.V.O.C.s have been fitted with a new, chromium-based technology that allows them to deflect radar signals at oblique angles as opposed to sending them back to their source, effectively making them invisible to radar systems at Amazing (50) rank.

Lancer Missiles: the Sky H.A.V.O.C. employs four rear-mounted and rear-firing 'lancer' bi-pulse guidance missiles. These radio-controlled rockets inflict Remarkable (30) Armor Piercing Edged Attack damage per blast, and carry a scatter effect with them. They have these vehicular stats:

Leveler Cannons: the Sky H.A.V.O.C.'s primary weapons consist of twin, front-pointing, vertically adjustable 'leveler' 75 mm cannons, which inflict Amazing (50) Shooting damage to a target when both fired shells strike their target, -1 CS if only one hits. These shells carry a scatter effect, as well.

Leveler Command Chair: instead of driving the Sky H.A.V.O.C. from within, a body can instead sit atop the leveler firing mechanism in an ergonomic chair that, while more dangerous, offers a higher view of any combat zone. This is often used when many folks are in the Sky H.A.V.O.C.

Non-Clogging Epoxy Armor Tracks: the Sky H.A.V.O.C.'s twin track system is built out of specially coated, armored treads, helping to bring their material strength up to the listed Body score offered above, thus making them much less prone to failure due to targeted attack.

Rear Guns: the Sky H.A.V.O.C.'s fourth weapon wall includes twin rear-mounted 9mm auto-load machine guns, which do damage per regular machine guns (as described above, for the front-mounted variety). These are useful when buttoning down a target in preparation of a lancer missile strike.

Track Sill Battle Platforms: these special plates, one mounted on each side of the Sky H.A.V.O.C.'s rear half, can each hold three extra personnel if necessary, though there's no vehicular protection offered to folks that do so (and they must hang on for dear life at higher speeds).

the Utility Flier

The Sky H.A.V.O.C.'s utility flier is essentially a turbo-fan operated, miniature aircraft. The thing flies by means of a 110 Horsepower engine, which runs two separate floatation fans, upon which sits the pilot of this little vehicle - it's about the size of a rather large couch.

Now, the Sky H.A.V.O.C. has a special launch/storage bay for the utility flier, which provides it Amazing (50) armor while not in use, and reinforced launch/landing pads. This bay occupies the entire rear of the H.A.V.O.C., except for its various weapon mounts, mind you.

The flier has these vehicular statistics:

C
Ex 20
S
Ty 6
B
Ex 20
P
Sh 0

Flight: once launched, the utility flier can scout ahead of the Sky H.A.V.O.C. to spot trouble or any other quarry, and can also be surprise air support in a pinch, as most tracked vehicles don't contain such airborne oddities. This always catches unsuspecting opponents off guard.

Invisibility to Radar: the utility flier has been fitted with the Sky Patrol's chromium-based technology, which allows it to deflect radar signals at oblique angles as opposed to sending them back to their source, effectively making the flier invisible to radar systems at Amazing (50) rank.

Twin Guns: the utility flier has two 7.62 mm guns mounted on the front, which act as twin machine guns when used in unison (as they are programmed to do). They can inflict Good (10) Shooting damage in a single shot, +1 CS damage in a semi-auto burst, and +2 CS damage in a full-auto spread.
