Equipment:

Grenade:
in the event that his submachine gun just isn't enough to remove an obstacle from his path, Robbie carries one fragmentary grenade on him in the field. He can use this grenade to inflict intensity 10 physical damage to his target and everything else within striking (near missile) range of where it detonates.

Helmet: this neon green helmet, complete with the G.I. Joe logo, has actual combat benefit in addition to being incredibly conspicuous. It provides Robbie his Strength +2 protection from physical attacks that strike him in the head, although it may attract more attention than it's worth.

Kevlar Vest: supplementing the protection his helmet gives him, Robbie also wears an impressively neon green vest made from bullet resistant materials. This vest provides protection similar to the helmet, that being his Strength +2 resistance to physical attacks that strike him in the torso. If conspicuously so.

Knife: kept in a sheath on his right hip when not in use, this handy blade is useful for cutting through anything - or anyone - that gets in Robbie's way on the job! Made from m.s. 12 metals, this blade can be used to cut through items of like m.s., or to inflict his Strength +2 damage in melee.

Submachine Gun: his primary armament in battle, this light weapon helps Robbie perform his 'fast attack specialist' duties. It can be fired to inflict his Agility +4 damage in a single shot, or his Agility +5 damage in a semi-auto spread. Robbie carries many, many ammo clips for this weapon.

Hindrances:

(none)

Skills:

Aerial Combat:
one of many requirements for entry in the Army's fast attack maneuvers school is an Airborne qualification. As such, Robbie has learned how to use the air to his advantage in combat - even if doing so in a generally downward direction. In the air, Robbie may use Strength or Agility to resolve combat actions.

Boxing: another facet of his basic Army training, this skill describes Robbie's ability to hold his own even when unarmed. Having been educated in the fine art of being a living weapon, Robbie may divide his pre-cardplay action score between two unarmed melee attacks, the second of which occurs as a contingent action.

Languages / English (and two others): another requirement of the Army's fast attack maneuvers school is fluency in three different languages. Rising to the challenge, Robbie has indeed mastered two additional tongues to supplement his native English, though which languages these are have yet to be revealed.

Leadership: a by-product of his West Point education, Robbie has learned the ins and outs of leadership ability, and is able to lead fighting men into battle when necessary. While he's calling the shots on a team, it benefits from a +1 to all actions, but this transforms into a -1 penalty if his leadership vanishes.

Marksmanship: a part of his basic military training, Robbie has been well trained in the use of most conventional firearms. Whether using a standard, semi-automatic or fully automatic rifle or pistol, or even curious weapons like shotguns, Robby may do so at one difficulty level lower than is usually necessary.

Military / United States: the source of all his many and varied talents, this skill serves as a fine 'origin' of sorts for Robbie (aside from his exceptional prowess in most areas in general). This skill grants Robbie an instinctual understanding of military protocols and procedures, along with the benefits of rank.

Calling:

Soldier:
it seems that Robbie is a prime example of a man with this calling. He's unbelievably motivated to both improve himself and to do his duty at the same time. He excells at just about everything he does, because he insists on doing things right - there's no being lazy and doing things the easy way with him!

Costume:

When in action with the G.I. Joe team, Robbie wears a pair of blue jeans, a black T-shirt beneath a neon green Kevlar vest, a neon green helmet with the G.I. Joe logo on it, black boots, orange knee pads, orange arm straps, blue wrist bands, a silver chain link belt, and a gray sheath for his knife.

Personality:

Robbie is the quintessential go-getter. The man is continually working to improve himself and his performance, both physically and mentally. His ultimate goal for doing so is unknown, but Robbie burns with an internal fire rarely seen (or experienced!) by most people, and as a result they can't help but be impressed by him.

Story:

Unlike a large number of West Point graduates, Robbie didn't get his position as a matter of favor or political appointment - he got there the hard way, by enlisting in the Army right out of high school. His single-minded dedication to personal improvement got him into the Point, at which point he impressed everyone there.

For instance, he completed the exhausting ten week Cadet Summer Orientation in but five weeks, and went on to excel in every aspect of the Point's curriculum. For a short period of time afterward, it is unknown just what Robbie was up to, but in the end he was recognized for his efforts by receiving the Congressional Medal of Honor.

This, in addition to his Airborne qualification and intense language studies, earned Robbie a place in the Army's new school for fast attack maneuvers. The goal of this school is to produce highly motivated individuals with advanced technical skills for light ordnance assault deep in enemy territory.

Considering his history, you can imagine that Robbie graduated at the very top of his class. This collection of skills and ability naturally highlighted Robbie as a candidate for the most exclusive 'club' in all the United States Armed Forces: the G.I. Joe team! Seeing this as a powerful stepping stone, Robbie gladly joined the team.

As is his time before entering the fast maneuvers school, Robbie's actions with the G.I. Joe team are something of a mystery. He mainly participated in highly classified 'special missions' for the team - but then that's what he was trained for since day one. He remained with the team until it was disbanded in 1994.

Though the group was reinstated a scant few years later, the threat of Cobra and other terrorist organizations not as quashed as the Joint Chiefs had previously thought, Robbie did not rejoin the team as did many of its other veterans. Again descending into mystery, what Robbie has done since has yet to be revealed.

However, it's likely he's been continually improving himself since leaving the G.I. Joe team. After all, someone with his ability, qualifications and ambitions may wind up running things in the Pentagon in time. And if that isn't enough, he may find himself a proper career in Presidential politics...!
