Sergeant Slaughter's Teams

Sgt. Slaughter: a veritable force of nature, the Sarge was born on Parris Island, and raised to become about as tough and as mean as is humanly possibly - a perfect Marine! The ultimate drill instructor, the Sarge is who the Joes rely upon to keep themselves on their toes! Sgt. Slaughter comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Mercer: an ex-Cobra Viper who has 'seen the light', Felix has turned on his former terrorist allies and is now all about stopping their every scheme. Though unable to work for the Joes in an official capacity, he has found a home as Mercer, in Sergeant Slaughter's Renegades unit! Mercer comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Red Dog: a former pro football player, David Taputapu got sacked for unnecessary roughness. After a stint as a Hollywood stunt man, this rather angry Samoan was recruited onto the Gi Joe team, as the powers that be thought he'd be an excellent addition to Sgt. Slaughter's Renegades team! Red Dog comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Taurus: Varujan Ayvazyan was a Turkish circus acrobat who had a habit of doing undercover work for Interpol, when he wasn't smashing 2x4 boards with his face under the big top. An expert in over a dozen languages, Taurus was an ideal candidate for the Gi Joe 'Renegades' team! Taurus comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the Triple T: a powerful, yet small treaded vehicle that Sgt. Slaughter prefers to use in his personal war against Cobra, the Triple T (Tag Team Terminator) is more than a mere conveyance for the Sarge. It is armed with two side-mounted cannons and two high explosive anti-tank missiles - and can easily ram other vehicles! Comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Barbecue: thrill-seeker and all around party animal, Gabriel became a fire fighter for the sheer fun of it - not to mention the ability to chop things down with an axe on the job. The only dedicated fire fighter on the Gi Joe team, he tends to be placed on missions with the flamethrower experts... Barbecue comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Footloose: former eagle scout, former valedictorian and track star in high school, and a former physical education major in college, Footloose dropped out when he had an existential crisis. He eventually resurfaced years later, having enlisted in the Army in order to find purpose - and he has! Footloose comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Low-Light: lost in the woods for three weeks during a hunting trip gone wrong, Cooper overcame his fear of the dark, of animals, and of loud noises - and how! He grew up to become one with the night, and he's an expert tracker, night spotter and sniper! Low-Light comes in Classic and Saga styles!

Mutt & Junkyard: thanks to a natural knack with dog handling, Stanley gravitated to the military K-9 units upon enlisting, and his amazing ability with the animals got him a place on the Gi Joe team. There, he both provides security and trains various dogs for use in the field against terrorists. Mutt and Junkyard come in Classic and Saga styles!

Spirit: a trained psychologist and Vietnam veteran, Charlie is an expert woodsman and head shrink that brings considerable talent to the Gi Joe team. His fellows fail to understand his 'spiritual mumbo jumbo' now and then, but they respect his skill and his ability to save their skin! Spirit comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the Armadillo Mini-Tank: a tank in miniature, the Armadillo packs the fire power of six linked, LA-44 missile launchers into a vehicle the size of a Ford ™ Escort ™. Though small and having one set of weapons, it's fast and highly durable, making it ideal for quickly assembled missions. The Armadillo Mini-Tank comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the Equalizer: a heavy duty engine of destruction, the Equalizer is a former Mauler M.B.T. stripped of the main turret (which was subsequently used on the Lynx), replacing it with a heavy duty missile launcher, with which the Slaughter's Marauders can happily wreck targets in the surface or the air! The Equalizer comes in Classic and Saga styles!

the Lynx: a durable, miniature tank, the Lynx is a frankenvehicle concocted from the remains of two Gi Joe standbys: the Wolverine and the M.B.T. Mauler - combining the best traits of both! Though incredibly slow, the Lynx makes up for this with a staggering amount of destructive power! The Lynx is available in Classic and Saga styles!
