Hand Size:

Powers:

(none)

Equipment:

Colt M1911A1 Pistol:
though he usually doesn't have to defend himself, as he often has several Medusa Web ops with him on a given mission, Dustoff carries this piece just in case, which he can use as a +4 weapon with every shot, +5 CS in a semi-auto burst; this gun can fire eight rounds per clip.

Helmet: always worn while on the job, this crash helmet helps Dustoff to avoid nasty head injuries that can occur whenever he crashes his ride, or is otherwise put in jeopardy while working for the Medusa Web. It offers his head +2 protection from physical attack of all types.

Knife: in the event that he runs out of ammunition and must defend himself in a pinch, Dustoff typically carries a blade with him, one he can use as a +2 weapon with every strike. It is made from strength 10 materials, and can be used to cut through items of equal or less material strength.

Medusa Web Helicopter: Dustoff's regular vehicle on the job, this sleek copter is sort of a cross between a troop transport vehicle and a mobile base of operations for Babel while he's running a mission. The vehicle itself is black, unarmed in and of itself, and possessed of these vehicular features:

* Armor Plating: this helicopter has been designed with hostile landings in mind. You see, it has thick armor plating situated across the craft, plating that provides the vehicle +2 protection from any assaults which may penetrate the vehicle and strike those within.

* Communications Suite: allowing Babel to command a mission in the field, this suite is equipped with an intensity 10 telecommunications array, allowing him to talk to any of his operatives who are functional within 1000 miles - though their own headsets usually limit this to a 'mere' 100 miles.

* Flight: the primary function of Dustoff's transport helicopter, this capability demonstrates the vehicle's ability to move through the air at intensity 7 speeds, namely between 150 and 180 miles per hour, depending on inclement weather and the like.

Hindrances:

(none)

Skills:

Aerial Combat:
while he is indeed a competent pilot of both helicopters and airplanes, Dustoff's true capabilities as a pilot shine whenever he gets in a dogfight of some sort. When this happens, Dustoff can use the onboard weaponry of the aircraft he's in at one difficulty level lower than is usually required.

Boxing: essential military training no matter where you are, this skill represents Dustoff's ability to defend himself should he find himself unarmed. In other words, Dustoff can divide his pre-cardplay action score between two unarmed melee attacks, the last of which will occur as a contingent action.

Marksmanship: whether it be a standard, semi-automatic, or fully automatic rifle or pistol, Dustoff can make use of it with competence. In combat - or if merely on the training course - Dustoff can fire any such weapon - barring directed energy emitters - at one difficulty level lower than is usually required.

Military: since he's a competent pilot with combat experience, it's likely that Dustoff has experience in the military, most likely the American one based on his dialog. Thus, he knows military protocols like the back of his hand, and can lead a body of fighting men effectively if he must.

Piloting: his claim to fame, this talent represents the particular talent that makes Dustoff useful to the Medusa Web. Oh sure, they have plenty of pilots, but he's their best, and the field ops know it. He can attempt any aerial maneuver at one difficulty level lower than is usually required.

Repair: Dustoff has demonstrated more than competent electromechanical skills in the past, particularly when his helicopter was knocked out of the sky in his last documented mission. He should make all repair or tinkering based actions at a reduced difficulty level.

Calling:

Soldier:
for the lack of a better motivation, it would seem that Dustoff is involved with the Medusa Web primarily so he can do what he does best: fly helicopters. Of course, he's not just good at flying helicopters so much as fighting with them, and the civilian world offers him few such opportunities...

Costume:

When he's on the job, Dustoff typically wears a standardized set of clothes, one that normally includes a heavy duty pair of pants, a long sleeved shirt, a leather flight jacket (normally brown), gloves, glossy black boots, a brown leather belt, his mirrored sunglasses, and of course, his white flight helmet that has 'make war not love' written on it.

Personality:

Dustoff comes across as a cool, collected individual, rarely - if ever - letting anything rattle him. Of course, considering his occupation, getting unnerved typically means he's dead, so he projects a high level of confidence no matter what he's feeling... and it keeps him alive.

Real Name: unrevealed

Other Distinguishing Characteristics: none.

Story:

Little is actually known about Dustoff's background, though some of it can be inferred simply by looking at his capabilities, behavior, and general style of speech. It looks like he has an Air Force background, in that he's a more than competent helicopter pilot, and just as handy in an aerial firefight or not.

However, it looks like the Medusa Web made him a better offer, for he's been flying for them for several years. His first documented mission involved him flying a large portion of the team to San Diego, so they could complete a contract on the renegade group of paranormal youths the government calls Psi-Force.

His next documented mission got him a little more involved in the action, as the Web was called in to rescue the same group from the Siberian Project about a year later, and while the two groups made good on their escape after Psi-Force was liberated, Dustoff's copter was damaged by a Soviet attack!

Of course, the demonic paranormal calling himself Rodstvow chose that moment to attack the assembled paranormals. Having nowhere near the firepower needed to fight the monster, Dustoff simply did what he does best, and got his machine up and running in time for the paranormals to flee the scene.

After they'd dealt with Rodstvow once and for all, that is. It is assumed that Dustoff has been involved with many, many more missions for the Medusa Web, both before his first documented account and during the War, the final world-wide armed conflict the earth would inflict on itself.

However, accounts of these missions have yet to be revealed...
