Electrique is a paranormal, a sort of altered human who gained her powers during the White Event, an astronomical incident that forever set the New Universe apart from standard reality. Her energy-based powers have transformed her forever, and seem to have cost her her sanity in the process...

Known Powers:

Energy Body: Electrique's body has been transformed from a standard flesh and blood configuration into a devastating electro-form, a sentient cloud of electrons that is dangerous to everyone around her. In her current form, Electrique is armed with the following, fearsome abilities:

* Electrical Generation: Electrique can fire blasts of electricity at anyone she chooses, blasts that inflict Incredible (40) Stunning Energy damage per deadly strike, and force the target to pass an Endurance FEAT versus this power rank or be stunned for 1d10 turns.

* Energy Sheath: Electrique's body is quite hazardous to the touch, and anyone foolish enough to do so is treated as if she'd shot them with her Electrical Generation power. That's usually why people hesitate to mess with her crackling energy form...

* Flight: Electrique can move herself about at Poor (4) airspeed, or 60 m.p.h. in the air. However, she can move much faster through some sort of conductive medium. If utilizing one of these, Electrique can move almost instantaneously to the terminating end of the line (about 1/3 lightspeed through cables and such).

* Fluid Armor: Electrique no longer has a physical body, being a mass of tightly aligned electrons. In this form, Electrique is highly resistant to damage, and has the following protection from attacks:

* Resistance to Psychic Attack: Electrique's energy form is quite resistant to standard telepathic attack, as she has been shown to shrug off Wayne Tucker's mind control as if he weren't there. Consider this defensive power Monstrous (75) in rank.

* Shapechanging: Electrique can conceivably change the shape of her energy form, but she currently maintains the appearance of her former, human body; well, mostly. If you don't count the big, electrical hairdo, that is; after all, she has no matter to confine her to just one shape.

Bloodlust: Electrique revels in her energy-based existence, and has truly lost her perspective on the value of life. Well, any life aside from her own, that is. In fact, she enjoys bullying and killing people, and tends to stir up tons of trouble in her wake.

Talents:

Languages / English and French: Electrique, a native French woman, has learned to speak English in addition to her natural tongue. Much better than most of the international members of the Medusa Web have, at any rate, since she is truly bilingual.

Contacts:

Electrique is one of the more... erratic... members of the Medusa Web, and as such, she may only rely on them to help her (should she need it) if they don't currently have anything better to do. Or they're in the mood, that is - after all, she tends to cause more trouble than she's worth half the time...

Costume:

Well, none. She's a completely nude electrical cloud. Woo! She takes the form, however, of a woman in an orange jumpsuit and orange sneakers. These mostly seem to be relics of her former existence, for even though she has no ... private parts to speak of, she still maintains a modicum of personal modesty.

Personality:

Electrique is quite the homicidal young woman. She has a sense of humor and is fun to be around, unless she gets all excited. And it's all too easy to get an energy body going, now, isn't it? When she's in the mood to (most of the time, in fact), she can cause all kinds of havoc. And she likes it all too much...

Story:

Very, very little is known about the woman that is Electrique, other than the fact that she's French, she's unstable, and she's quite powerful. She is also known to be on the Medusa Web payroll, and she was present on the Web's second mission concerning Psi-Force.

She was the one that practically blew the hotel that Wayne Tucker was hiding out in, causing Lindsay Falmon and Tyrone Jessup to come to his rescue. Of course, when Tyrone flew through Electrique's body, he disrupted her electrical form.

She disappeared after this, but isn't believed to be dead. Not just yet, at any rate, since energy bodies are usually rather resilient, and Electrique is no exception to this generality. She's probably just in hiding or something. Or maybe is taking a long time to reintegrate her bodily energies...
