Donner Kopf ('Thunder head') Strength Agility Intellect Willpower 6x 5x 5c 6d Hand Size: 4 (25) Edge: 2 Powers: (none) Cybernetics: Max Implant (i): this device, possibly built from M.A.X. technology, greatly amplifies the sonic output produced by Donner Kopf's vocal cords. Though he doesn't have the sonic control power, per se, he can nonetheless produce these sonic control power stunts: * Commlink (i): Donner Kopf has wielded his max implant as a radio transceiver in the past, being able to keep in touch with Babel (or any Medusa Web operations control center) as long as he is stationed within one hundred miles of Donner Kopf's position. * Energy Blast (a): the main ability Donner Kopf wields with his max implant is a sonic blast. He can produce an intensity 10 energy blast by merely whispering, and can increase this to intensity 15 by screaming as loud as he can. He tends to reserve this attack until no other option is available, however. * Sonic Scream (i): by pushing his power, Donner Kopf can affect everybody within firing range with his max implant's energy blast, striking them with an intensity 15 sonic energy attack. Once he's done so, however, he cannot utilize his max implant until he's recovered a full hand again. * Sonic Vibration (i): Donner Kopf can also wield his sonic powers as a fine-tuned disintegration attack, though this intensity 10 assault is reigned in by the disruption only limitation, merely dissolving matter into its component atoms instead of converting it into energy. * Stun Blast (i): instead of actually harming his opponents with his max implant, Donner Kopf can attenuate his sonic output in such a manner as to inflict a stunning attack instead of an energy attack. This stun blast works at intensities identical to his energy blast, but isn't lethal... Hindrances: (none) Skills: Espionage (i): Donner Kopf is well trained in surveillance missions, being competent in operating spy equipment, tailing a target without their knowing about it, knowing if he's being followed in turn, and noticing small little clues that easily reveal facts about people. Languages (i): a native German, Donner Kopf speaks fluent German (in case you hadn't figured that one out). Furthermore, he's learned English as a second language, and can communicate with it efficiently, though he does so with a heavy accent. Leadership (w): Donner Kopf is one of the Medusa Web's more competent agents, and can rally his fellows to action if necessary. If he can pass an average difficulty willpower action, Donner Kopf can add a +1 to all of his allies' actions, though this transforms into a -1 if this leadership disappears. Calling: Idealist: Donner Kopf joined up with the Medusa Web because he believes in their crusade to bring about world unification, even if their methods leave a little to be desired. The money they pay him is only a secondary thing to him. Costume: Donner Kopf doesn't really wear a costume in battle, instead just wearing casual clothes. Usually pants, a smooth shirt, a belt, and leather boots. Personality: Donner Kopf is a man that truly believes that the Medusa Web is performing a good service to mankind, even if they don't know it yet. As such, he usually does whatever Babel asks of him without question, unless such an action would be overtly sinister in purpose... Real Name: Gunther (last name unrevealed) Occupation: mercenary Legal Status: German citizen with no known criminal record Marital Status: married Alias(es), if any: none Group Affiliation: the Medusa Web Height: 5' 10" Hair: light orange Eyes: blue Weight: 170 lbs. Other Distinguishing Characteristics: that there cybernetic thingee in his throat tends to attract undue attention... Story: The full background of the man calling himself Donner Kopf is unknown, as is the origin of his impressive cybernetic implants, quite the rarity in his timeline. At any rate, he is known to be a German citizen, and has a family of some sort (presumably married). It is also known that he joined the Medusa Web because he truly believes that Babel's ultimate goal of global unification is important work, and the only way to save the people of earth from themselves. And of course, it pays good, too! At any rate, Donner Kopf was one of the first members of the Medusa Web to come into conflict with Psi-Force, as he was sent with Imprint, Backfire, and Electrique to retrieve Wayne Tucker in Seattle, after the team was split up by the surprise attack of Rodstvow. Of course, their capture of the telepath was interrupted by two other paranormals: Tyrone Jessup (also of Psi-Force), and Lindsay Falmon (who was about to hook up with 'em). They roughed the Web agents up pretty good, and Donner Kopf's implant got blown up. He got it fixed in a jiffy, though, and proceeded to follow his fellows in the pursuit of those Psi-Force teens as they fled into Canada. By this time, however, the Web had had a sort of falling out with the U.S. government, and Donner Kopf's mission had changed somewhat. He and the Web agents with him were to recruit the Psi-Force kids into the Web, instead of trying to capture them. In the process of doing this, the kids were attacked by a C.I.A. agent in the Spitfire armor, and the Medusa Web had to come to the rescue. After all, if the psionic teens were dead, it'd be hard to recruit them, now, wouldn't it? Donner Kopf and company turned the table in the teens' battle with this new Spitfire, and the two groups split up on friendly terms. Not the end that Babel wanted, but it was better than making enemies of Psi-Force. Of course, the Web got another chance later on. They went out a year later to save Psi-Force from the Siberian Project, a Soviet facility that studied paranormals - however necessary - to better understand their powers. Psi-Force had been captured by Rodstvow, and the Web was sent by Babel to free them. Donner Kopf was there during this battle, and he helped the assembled paranormals to finally kill Rodstvow after Psi-Force had been liberated. Donner Kopf's activities after this point are still unknown, but he is assumed to have been active during the War, along with the rest of the Web.
