Origin:

Donner Kopf is a cyborg, an otherwise ordinary human with an impressive implant that grants him his super human abilities. This implant, known as a Max device, may in fact be built with M.A.X. technology, but this has not yet been verified...

Known Powers:

(none)

Cybernetics:

Max Implant:
a significant portion of Donner Kopf's throat has been replaced with an artificial implant, an implant that allows him to amplify the volume of his voice to an astounding degree. And he even has some control over the output of the implant, too.

For instance, while the amplification is active, Donner Kopf can merely whisper to inflict Remarkable (30) Force damage with the force of his voice. He can boost this to Amazing (50) by shouting. Victims hit by this blast must pass an Endurance FEAT against the damage taken.

Failing this FEAT indicates that the target has been stunned for 1d10 turns, and may very well have suffered some sort of ear damage (usually noted by the bleeding ears left in Donner Kopf's wake). The implant also has several ... other uses, too.

Donner Kopf can also attenuate the column of audio force to act as a disruptor beam, shaking loose the atomic bonds of things that it hits. He can do this at Remarkable (30) rank, and the target will start to dissolve unless it can resist this power.

Living targets are allowed an Endurance FEAT; failing this indicates that the target takes power rank Energy damage with each hit, and he will not dissolve until all his Health (and NH) is gone. Inanimate targets merely get one FEAT roll versus breaking.

This FEAT is also made versus Remarkable (30) intensity.

Donner Kopf can also use his implant as a transceiver for communications with Babel, the Medusa Web team leader. He can keep in touch with his boss with Typical (6) range, or 100 miles.

Quirks:

Talents:

Espionage:
Donner Kopf has some expertise in surveillance missions, and is often sent in on Medusa Web operations where this is required. He has the skill and the patience for it, after all. He can make espionage FEAT rolls at a +1 CS to the applicable ability score.

Languages / English and German: Donner Kopf, though a native German, can speak English as well as his native tongue. However, he does so with quite a heavy accent, one that shines through both his speech and the use of his Max implant.

Martial Arts Type A: well trained in self defense maneuvers, Donner Kopf can make any sort of dodging maneuvers at his agility score +1 CS. Furthermore, he can slam and stun an opponent regardless of the comparative difference in Str and End between him and his foe.

Contacts:

Donner Kopf is one of the most reliable members of the Medusa Web, and as such, can probably rely on them for aid should he need it, unless the Web has a darn good reason to leave him for dead.

Costume:

Donner Kopf doesn't really wear a costume in battle, instead just wearing casual clothes. Usually pants, a smooth shirt, a belt, and leather boots.

Personality:

Donner Kopf is a man that truly believes that the Medusa Web is performing a good service to mankind, even if they don't know it yet. As such, he usually does whatever Babel asks of him without question, unless such an action would be overtly sinister in purpose...

Real Name: Gunther (last name unrevealed)

Story:

The full background of the man calling himself Donner Kopf is unknown, as is the origin of his impressive cybernetic implants, quite the rarity in his timeline. At any rate, he is known to be a German citizen, and has a family of some sort (presumably married).

It is also known that he joined the Medusa Web because he truly believes that Babel's ultimate goal of global unification is important work, and the only way to save the people of earth from themselves. And of course, it pays good, too!

At any rate, Donner Kopf was one of the first members of the Medusa Web to come into conflict with Psi-Force, as he was sent with Imprint, Backfire, and Electrique to retrieve Wayne Tucker in Seattle, after the team was split up by the surprise attack of Rodstvow.

Of course, their capture of the telepath was interrupted by two other paranormals: Tyrone Jessup (also of Psi-Force), and Lindsay Falmon (who was about to hook up with 'em). They roughed the Web agents up pretty good, and Donner Kopf's implant got blown up.

He got it fixed in a jiffy, though, and proceeded to follow his fellows in the pursuit of those Psi-Force teens as they fled into Canada. By this time, however, the Web had had a sort of falling out with the U.S. government, and Donner Kopf's mission had changed somewhat.

He and the Web agents with him were to recruit the Psi-Force kids into the Web, instead of trying to capture them. In the process of doing this, the kids were attacked by a C.I.A. agent in the Spitfire armor, and the Medusa Web had to come to the rescue.

After all, if the psionic teens were dead, it'd be hard to recruit them, now, wouldn't it?

Donner Kopf and company turned the table in the teens' battle with this new Spitfire, and the two groups split up on friendly terms. Not the end that Babel wanted, but it was better than making enemies of Psi-Force. Of course, the Web got another chance later on.

They went out a year later to save Psi-Force from the Siberian Project, a Soviet facility that studied paranormals - however necessary - to better understand their powers. Psi-Force had been captured by Rodstvow, and the Web was sent by Babel to free them.

Donner Kopf was there during this battle, and he helped the assembled paranormals to finally kill Rodstvow after Psi-Force had been liberated. Donner Kopf's activities after this point are still unknown, but he is assumed to have been active during the War, along with the rest of the Web.
