Known Powers: In other words, he can take up to 50 points from these ability scores from a target, and put them back into his own Str and End ranks. His Str cannot be raised higher than Incredible rank in this manner, nor can his End be raised higher than Amazing rank with this power. This boost lasts for 1d10 turns, at which point Boyd will lose 1 CS from both enhanced ranks, until they revert to their natural states. Boyd's Hpt score is affected by the variable ability ranks, and should be recalculated each turn there is a change, to reflect this. Oddly enough, Thomas has learned how to channel his power through a metal medium, and can thus use a garrote to increase his range with this power to one area (if he can hit the target with it, of course). He preferrs hand to hand combat, but will fall back on this if necessary.

Quirks: Missing Part / Right Eye: Boyd lost his eye in battle with Rodstvow (the final fight). He now makes visual Int (alt) FEAT rolls at a -1 CS, and lacks depth perception.
Talents: Espionage: thanks to his time with the C.I.A., Thomas is a skilled spy, and is well versed in both infiltration and information gathering operations. Languages / English and Russian: During his time in Russia, Thomas learned how to communicate with his captors. Military / U.S.: the combined training of the C.I.A., Army, and the Medusa Web have given Boyd the Guns and Martial Arts types A, B, C, and E talents. Tactics: Thomas Boyd has learned various methods of attack planning through his long history, and has a +1 CS to all FEATs pertaining to a battle that he can reasonably plan for. Weapon / Garrote: Boyd has learned how to use the garrote, since he can channel his power through metal, now. This greatly improves his power's effective range. Weapon / Knives: Boyd has also been trained in the use of knives by his former C.I.A. sponsor. He can use these weapons almost as well as he can a garrote.

Real Name: Thomas Fitzpatrick Boyd
Height: 6' 1"
Story: Boyd always scored high on ESP tests, though he didn't know why. He eventually figured this out during the White Event, when he manifested his adrenal vampirism abilities. Shortly afterward, he was collected by Derek Shiningstar, in order to become a C.I.A. operative. This dirty agent was the man that sold out Emmett Proudhawk's list of psionic youths to the K.G.B., and various other organizations. He intended to make Boyd a premiere assassin, and made sure he was trained well in what he was about to start doing. Boyd started calling himself Stalker, and became quite good at espionage operations. He was eventually sent to capture or neutralize Psi-Force, a bunch of other youths on the list that he was led to believe were bad people trained by a rogue C.I.A. agent. He fought them twice, but failed to kill them each time. During the second battle, he learned two things: his boss was using him, and he could also form the Psi-Hawk entity with the other psionic youths. He couldn't initiate it, but could contribute to it's power, at least. On the run, Boyd eventually hooked up with Psi-Force, though Michael Crawley left the group at the same time because of this. While with the group, he fell in love with Anastasia Inyushin (and vice versa) and the two remained a couple from then on. Eventually, Psi-Force's Sanctuary was destroyed by the Russian paranormal known as Rodstvow, and the team was split up. Boyd fled the mad Russian with Anastasia and Kathy Ling, though they were eventually captured by the Medusa Web for the U.S. government. Led to believe that the others were dead, Boyd continued on with the army (thanks to their paranormal Draft) until he was rescued by Network, Voyager, and their new pal Overtime, who told them the others weren't dead at all. He left the Army with them, and went to rescue the rest of their team. After the rescue, the team was gunned down by army soldiers. Anastasia knew the group would die without her help, and healed the others at the cost of her own life. This destroyed Boyd, who became totally cold and careless about his own existence. He was very angry, however. He gleefully joined the others in forming the Psi-Hawk to destroy Rodstvow, who was also in Washington D.C. at the time. This failed, however, and the Psi-Hawk was apparently wiped out by the Russian paranormal. The group awoke in the Siberian Project, brought there by the Russian. Boyd simply began to get back in shape, though he eventually discovered Dehman Doosha (Russian for the Demon Within). The boy was autistic, and Boyd decided it was because of his poor treatment by the Project. Thomas actually made progress with the child, until the group was broken out by the Medusa Web, and both they, Psi-Force, and Red Sun (a Russian paranormal group) banded together with Justice to slay Rodstvow once and for all. This huge battle cost Boyd, though; his eye was put out in the long battle. He got over this, though, and eventually joined up with the Medusa Web alongside the rest of Psi-Force. He even began to recover from the emotional scars left by the death of Anastasia, thanks to the help of his 'son', Johnny Do. |
