Origin:
Like the other four Troubleshooters, Eduardo Giotti is a normal human, albeit a normal human that has developed a revolutionary M.A.X. harness that enhances his strength...
Known Powers:
(none)
Equipment:
Strong-Arms: this partial exoskeleton, built by Giotti using technology derived from Jenny Swensen's M.A.X. armor, greatly enhances the strength of its wearer. In game terms, it boosts a body's Strength by 3 CS, with a maximum of Incredible (40). Incidentally, this is how strong Giotti was when he was wielding the Strong-Arms (thus boosting his overall Health score to 66).
Quirks:
Stubbornness: Eduardo is extremely pig-headed, and as such, people have a hard time making him change his mind. Once he's decided to do something, well, he has to pass a Psyche FEAT roll at -1 CS in order to reconsider his actions. Usually, he doesn't bother with this unless something really drastic happens that may change his mind (like several friends getting blown away...).
Talents:
Engineering: Giotti, like the other Troubleshooters, was an engineering student in Jenny Swensen's M.I.T. course. As such, he can add +1 CS to all FEAT rolls required of him when attempting to build anything.
Martial Arts type B: a true brawler at heart, Eduardo was more than happy to mix it up with his foes, as long as they truly deserved it, of course. His melee attack rolls are made with a +1 CS (as long as he is unarmed, of course).
Student: like all the Troubleshooters, Giotti was an M.I.T. collegiate, and as such, was still learning his final Talents. This would reduce the final Karma cost of his other talents (still in process, so to speak) to 800 points, 1000 if learned from another player character (assuming that somebody is playing Giotti).
Contacts:
Eduardo Giotti can rely upon any of the Troubleshooters for aid should he need it, especially his current love, Terry. However, assuming that he could locate her, Giotti could also get help from Jenny Swensen.
Costume:
Other than his ordinary clothing, Eduardo typically wore his Strong-Arms partial exoskeleton into battle against the forces of evil.
Personality:
Eduardo Giotti is a stubborn, thick-headed, and charming sort of fellow. Sure he's smart, but he lacks common sense in most things he does. In fact, it took him about a year to finally figure out that Jenny Swensen wasn't ever going to get involved with him. However, he's since gotten over that stage and has since started to 'grow up', even getting rid of his Strong-Arms in order to return to a normal life...

Story:
Eduardo Giotti was an engineering student at M.I.T., a student that was at the top of his class, along with four other students of note. These five youths, known on campus as the Troubleshooters, were notorious techno-pranksters, and were good friends with their main engineering instructor, Jenny Swensen. Of course, Giotti liked Jenny more than the others; in fact, he had a crush on her.
As such, when her father was killed, and she had to break into Krotze International to get proof that his death wasn't accidental, Giotti was the first Troubleshooter to offer his aid to the beleagured instructor. The others eventually went along with the plan, and helped Jenny to get inside, where she and her students discovered her father's greatest work: the Mark 2 M.A.X. armor!
In order to prove that Krotze was a bad man, Jenny took the armor and the mobile lab it was built in, though Krotze launched several aborted attempts to retrieve both. During this time, Giotti and the other Troubleshooters were breaking down the M.A.X. technology, and Giotti managed to build the first derivative suit from it: the Strong-Arms partial exoskeleton.
Giotti used this thing in order to help deflect Krotze's tech retrieval scheme, though he did get beat up several times in the process. Further, after the other Troubleshooters (save for Eric) also built up M.A.X. suits, they managed to deflect an assassination attempt against the visiting English Prime Minister. Of course, this caused them some hardship down the road.
You see, the Steel Hawk, that assassin whose plan they foiled, was kinda ticked off about that. And, on top of that, he decided to get even, which he was able to do once he managed to figure out just who the Troubleshooters were. He started by taking down Ferris and killing poor Andy. In this fight, however, Giotti and Terry managed to defeat the man... barely.
Enraged, the two remaining (and effective) Troubleshooters sought him out in turn, breaking into the F.B.I. data base to find all the info they needed on the man. Armed with the info they needed, the two tracked him down and put the beat down on him, and how! In fact, Giotti would've killed Steel Hawk if he wasn't saved at the last minute by his female companion.
At it sat, he broke practically every bone in the assassin's body, and apparently inflicted some brain damage upon the man, effectively ruining his career as a terrorist and assassin for the Club. After this incident, Giotti and Terry got together, as the girl apparently had a big ol' crush on him, and with Jenny gone, he had nobody else to be lusting after...
The further adventures of the Troubleshooters have yet to be revealed.
