Prowl Strength Agility Intellect Willpower 11d 15d 18x 12d Hand Size: 4 (25) Edge: 2 Known Powers: Cybertronian Physique: like his fellow Autobots, Prowl is a robotic entity of Cybertronian design and origin. As such, this enforcer of the Law has, by his very nature, the use of a large variety of abilities that reflect this. His very body gives Prowl these super human powers: * Body Armor (s): like most Cybertronians, Prowl was built (or formed) with a reinforced steel frame, one that offers him +2 resistance to injury. This makes him immune to most basic human attack forms, and moderately resistant to his fellow robots (taking his Strength into consideration). * Enhanced Senses / Microscopic + Telescopic Vision (w): all Transformers can alter their visual sensitivity as is necessary, where distance is concerned. Functioning at intensity 2, these powers let them see objects up to a mile distant with ease, as well as allowing them to read items on microfiche. * Invulnerability to Disease and Toxins (s): like all robots, Prowl is highly resistant to diseases and poisons that would kill organic beings. He possesses complete immunity to organic pathogens, and a 'mere' +10 resistance to other, more chemically creative substances. * Radio Transceiver (i): as are most all Transformers on earth, Prowl is equipped with an audio / video transmission system. This communications rig allows him instant contact with any other Autobot on earth, having intensity 10 power (25,000 mile range). * Size Alteration (a): most Cybertronians have some degree of control over their size, no matter what form they take. Due to his significant height in his humanoid mode, Prowl has this power via technicality; he may very well grow somewhat while transforming, but doesn't appear to do so. This power is bound in Prowl's case by the Growth Only and Permanent limitations, meaning that Prowl is always 14 foot tall in his humanoid mode. Due to his size, Prowl possesses this power at intensity 4, and while it's permanent, the requisite Strength and Agility changes are not applied. This since his foes often vary in size considerably; Predacons and Decepticons aren't all die-cast from the same mold. For simplicity's sake, one could just apply those alterations and call it a day, or he may go for accuracy and vary them based on the size of his current opponent; whichever works for your game. Barrier Shield (s): in his robot mode, the rear of Prowl's chassis winds up on his left arm, and serves as a particularly effective shield that he can use in battle. When using his shield in battle, Prowl gains the benefit of its +3 defensive rating, or can use it in melee as a +3 weapon. Computer Link (i): when he had his new spark engine installed, Prowl also had a special, wireless computer modem of Cybertronian design added as well. This modem gives him the computer link power at intensity 15, letting him access remote computers for various reasons. Enhanced Senses / Penetration Vision (w): another handy optical power that Prowl possesses is his ability to peer through solid matter to see what's inside it - or on the other side of a barrier, for instance. This power functions at intensity 15 (15' penetration), meaning very little escapes Prowl's attention. Headlights (i): to better emulate earthen vehicles (and since they come in handy in the dark), most automotive Transformers on earth are equipped with a set of convenient headlights. These twin lamps can be used to generate intensity 8 illumination, making driving at night no problem. Mach Search Radar System (w): installed alongside his new remote computer link, this incredibly intelligent threat detection system can be used by Prowl to identify and track any serious threat within a 150 mile range! As such, this power functions with intensity 20 effectiveness. Shapeshifting (a): whenever he desires, Prowl can transform between his humanoid and Lamborghini mode, and often does so quickly in battle to maximize the use of his abilities. This power is voice-activated, however ("Prowl, Transform!"). He's pretty fast in his Lamborghini mode, too. Consider him to be moving as though he had intensity 6 lightning speed in his automotive form. Spark Engine (w): after he was super-charged by Ultra Magnus' Matrix powers in battle, Prowl was given a new spark engine to handle this additional energy - in order to make it more reliable. When he uses this engine, he transforms from white/black to blue/white in hue in an impressive discharge of power. In addition to this spectacular visual, this engine grants Prowl the ability to enhance (by +2) his vehicle-mode lightning speed (moving at half the speed of sound!), and increases the power he can channel into his jet booster and his Strength score by +3 - that's not bad at all, eh? Triple Beam Attack (i): when they need to pool their resources, the three Autobot Brothers can, while using their spark engines, combine their weapons to emit a powerful energy assault. This combined blast of power is potent enough to inflict intensity 19 energy damage per devastating blast. Equipment: Jet Booster (i): Prowl's pride and joy, this device is actually a set of two similar weapons, both of which are typically used to produce the various effects that it can. In other words, they function in a twinned fashion, but this is taken into account in the ranks of the many powers listed below: * Booster Battle Blade / Jet Claw (i): the jet booster can emit a semi-solid stream of intense fire and heat several feet long, a non-propulsive semi-construct that Prowl can use as a set of fiery energy blades. Prowl can use this function to inflict intensity 15 energy damage in melee. * Combustion Missiles (i): in addition to emitting flames, the jet booster can fire actual, physical missiles that are loaded up with a combustive material. When they strike a foe, these mini-missiles (more like smart bullets than actual missiles, per se) inflict intensity 15 fiery damage upon detonation. * Fusion Flame (i): when his combustion missiles aren't necessary (say, he's shooting at someone who isn't under water or in space), Prowl typically just wields his fusion flame in combat. This flame is a series of mini fireballs that inflict intensity 15 fiery damage per deadly burst. * Jet Booster Attack (a): when he's not feeling particularly lethal, Prowl can fire the entire Jet Booster itself at an opponent - which also tends to catch his foes off-guard. The jet boosters can rapidly accelerate when fired, and will inflict +4 physical damage on impact - and quickly return to Prowl afterwards. * Speed Boosters (w): primarily useful in his vehicle mode (though he could theoretically use it in either form), this function of the jet booster allows Prowl to accelerate incredibly fast, achieving +2 to his vehicular 'lightning speed' for a complete aura duration. Hindrances: (none) Skills: Law Enforcement (w): in his effort to blend into human civilization, Prowl has learned the ins and outs of human law enforcement, skills that he truly takes to heart. When working with human law enforcement agencies, he may legally make arrests, and can use his impressive abilities for the good of all. Marksmanship (a): Prowl is adept in the use of advanced, energy-based projectiles weapons - primarily his jet booster, of course, but other ones as well. When using such weaponry in battle, Prowl may do so as though at one difficulty level lower than would normally be necessary. Swords (s): in addition to his ability to use the many projectile attacks in his jet booster, Prowl is also rather adept in the use of its jet claw, as well as most other energy blades. When wielding such weapons in melee, Prowl may do so at one difficulty level lower than would otherwise be required. Calling: Protector, with a secondary calling of Soldier: while he does love a rigid, ordered structure in his life, Prowl is primarily motivated by his urge to protect others from harm, whether they be human, Cybertronian, or anything else. This naturally prompts him to oppose Predacon aggression everywhere. Likeness: In his vehicle mode, Prowl perfectly resembles a white Lamborghini decorated with black trim, and modified to serve as a (rather fast) police vehicle - complete with red police lights. In his robot mode, he appears to be a tall robot built from the parts of a white Lamborghini with black trim. When in his 'Super Prowl' mode, he looks the same in form, but is instead blue with white trim, and has red and blue police lights. Personality: Prowl is the most dedicated of the three Autobot Brothers, who has taken his role in human society above and beyond the call of duty, and eats, drinks, and breathes the Law. This doesn't get in the way of his fight with the Predacons / Decepticons, however - Prowl takes that duty equally seriously. Real Name: Prowl Occupation: warrior Legal Status: citizen of Cybertron with no known criminal record Marital Status: inapplicable Alias(es), if any: none Group Affiliation: the Autobots Height: 14' Hair: inapplicable Eyes: orange Weight: approximately 1.25 tons Other Distinguishing Characteristics: Prowl is composed of a strong alien metal that is primarily black and white in hue (or blue and white, depending). Story: The exact origin of the Autobot called Prowl isn't really known. You see, it is known that he comes from Cybertron, as does his fellows, but it isn't known if this is the Cybertron of a parallel earth, or the Cybertron of the future; this makes things regarding his background rather complicated. However, it is known that he and his Autobot allies learned of the evil Megatron's designs on the planet earth, and as such, they hoofed it to beat the vile Predacon to that world. Arriving literally years before the would-be master of the universe, Prowl and company had plenty of time to prepare. Blending into human society by taking on the forms of earthen vehicles, the Autobots acted to help humanity in general as they prepared for the Predacon onslaught, at the same time building a powerful, global space bridge network that would allow them to drive anywhere on earth within minutes. Doing his part to blend in, Prowl took on the form of a police car - a particularly fast, Lamborghini police car. Of course, once he began to work with the police, he grew to admire the fight against crime. As such, when he's not on patrol looking for Predacons or Decepticons, Prowl assists human law enforcement officials. Of course, his absolute focus on law and order tends to color most of his actions in an orderly light - occasionally causing a bit of grief for his brothers... especially Side Burn. The youngest Autobot Brother tends to ignore things like speed limits, not to mention all other traffic laws on the books. However, Prowl doesn't let this get in the way of the fight against the Predacons on earth. When the time comes to put those evil robots in their place, he works seamlessly with his brothers - not to mention Optimus Prime and the rest of the Autobots - to save humanity from their odious scourge!
