Origin:
As are the rest of his fellow, somewhat land-locked Autobots, Storm Jet is an electromagnetic being from Cybertron, a robot that strives to prevent Decepticon dominion of the universe. This alien may also be from another time period, making him doubly out of place on earth.
Known Powers:
Cybertronian Physique: like his fellow Autobots, Storm Jet is a robotic entity of Cybertronian design and origin. As such, this high-flying combatant has, by his very nature, the use of a large variety of abilities that reflect this. His very body gives Storm Jet these super human powers:
* Body Armor: like most Cybertronians, Storm Jet was built (or formed) with a reinforced steel frame, one that offers him Excellent (20) resistance to injury. This makes him resistant to most basic human attack forms, and moderately resistant to his fellow robots. His defense breaks down as follows:
Ex 20 / Ty 6 / Fe 2 / Sh 0 / Sh 0
* Growth: most Cybertronians have some degree of control over their size, no matter what form they take. Due to his considerable size in both his vehicular and humanoid mode, Storm Jet has this power via technicality; he doesn't appear to actually change size, however.
According to the standard Growth rules, Storm Jet has this power at Remarkable (30) rank, making him stand approximately eighteen feet tall. Since his Strength rank is lower than this, Storm Jet may substitute this rank for his Strength score in humanoid mode - but is at +2 CS to be hit by human-sized foes.
The Ultimate Powers Book, however, gives Storm Jet this power at Typical (6) rank, making him out to be three times a normal human's size. This grants him a +1 CS to the Strength score listed above (matching the standard Growth rules), and adding 10 points to Storm Jet's Health score (205).
According to the Transformers MSH Sourcebook, on the other hand, Storm Jet's statistics are geared towards mixing it up with beings of like size. As such, when fighting folks of normal human size, he should receive a +2 CS to the damage he inflicts upon them (+1 CS per 2 CS of growth).
Finally, per the Universal Heroes rules, Storm Jet has a size factor of +1. As such, he inflicts +1 CS damage vs normal human opponents, and has 1 CS of Damage Reduction against them. On the other hand, he is at a -1 CS to hit them in combat, while they receive a +1 CS to hit him.
* Invulnerability to Disease and Toxins: like all robots, Storm Jet is highly resistant to diseases and poisons that would kill organic beings. He possesses this resistance at Class 1k rank versus organic pathogens, and at Unearthly (100) versus more chemically creative substances.
* Microscopic / Telescopic Vision: all Transformers have the ability to alter their visual sensitivity where distance is concerned. Functioning at Feeble (2) rank, this power lets them see objects up to a mile distant with ease, as well as allowing them to read items on microfiche.
* Radio Transceiver: as are most all Transformers on earth, Storm Jet is equipped with an audio / video transmission system. This communications rig allows him instant contact with any other Cybertronian on earth, having Excellent (20) range (25,000 miles).
Flight / Levitation: in his vehicle mode, Storm Jet can fly about at rather high speeds, doing so with Shift Y (200) ability, or Mach 2. However, he can also levitate in his third, modified humanoid form, his so-called 'hover' mode, doing so with Monstrous (75) power.
Missile Launchers: in all of his modes, Storm Jet can make use of twin rocket launchers embedded within his form; they're on his wrists in humanoid and hover mode, and near his air intakes in his vehicle mode. Either way, the missiles fired by these launchers have these vehicular statistics:

Shape Change: Storm Jet is an Autobot with three primary modes. His first is that of an advanced combat jet of Cybertronian design, his second is his basic humanoid form, and his third is a modified version of his second, a sort of 'hovering sentry' form. His jet form has these vehicular statistics:

Temper 2: while he hides it well, Storm Jet is possessed of a frightening temper. If someone should attempt to provoke him, he must pass a Psyche FEAT roll at -2 CS in order to resist the urge to trample them mightily - assuming he wishes to resist said urge, that is...!
Talents:
Aerial Combat: it may go without saying, but since his primary function is that of a combat aircraft, Storm Jet has gotten very, very good at fighting while airborne. As such, he should be allowed a +1 CS to all combat FEATs rolled while in the air, whether offensive or defensive in nature.
Marksman: furthermore, Storm Jet is likely rather competent in the use of his inherent missile weaponry; this skill extends to the use of various, line of sight weaponry like mortars and such as well. He may use all such weapons as though his Agy was +1 CS higher than is listed above.
Contacts:
Although he showed up on the planet a bit later than his fellows, Storm Jet can naturally rely upon the many earth-bound Autobots for assistance should he need it; after all, he offers a valuable function in the form of aerial support, evening the odds in battle with the highly mobile Decepticon forces.
Likeness:
In his vehicle mode, Storm Jet appears to be a futuristic, swing-wing aircraft, one of somewhat alien design that is composed of primarily white steel, with red and black trim. In his humanoid and hover modes, however, Storm Jet appears to be a robot built from red, black, and white aircraft parts.
Personality:
Storm Jet is something of a firecracker, having quite the temper once he's properly agitated. Of course, he usually reins in said temper while on the job, as he's usually assigned to reconnaissance missions - and is all professional while on the job, refusing to shirk his duty.

Other Distinguishing Characteristics: Storm Jet is composed of a strong alien metal that is primarily white in hue (with red and black trim in places). Furthermore, in his humanoid and hover modes, his wing surfaces present various protrusions that give him a rather menacing appearance despite his allegiance.
Story:
As were Skid-Z and Tow-Line before him, Storm Jet is something of a late arrival on earth, apparently having come at the request of his earth-bound allies to help them to head off the Predacon onslaught on that world. In fact, he showed up towards the end of the Cybertronian conflict on earth.
This may be why he did not bother to adopt an earth-based form for his vehicle mode; you see, unlike most of his fellows, Storm Jet maintains his primary, Cybertronian configuration. This does not affect the Autobots' mission all that much, however, for humans are unlikely to spot him.
You see, Storm Jet primarily uses his impressive, otherworldly abilities in reconnaissance missions, flying well above the visual range of both humans and Cybertronians in order to figure out just what the Decepticons and Predacons are up to. Of course, that's not all he does on earth, mind you.
You see, he delights in putting various Decepticon aircraft in their place, chasing down those who believe they're much faster than he is - and dropping them... hard. As you can guess, this hasn't made him a friend of Skyfire and Wind Sheer, the two main Decepticon fighter jets active on earth.
Not that this matters all that much, of course, for shortly after his arrival on earth, the Autobots ultimately succeeded in ending the threat their evil cousins posed on earth. Once this was done, Storm Jet returned to the world (and possibly the era) of his birth along with his many fellows.
