* Amongst humans, at least. Mn +75 amongst fellow Autobots, Mn -75 amongst Predacons / Decepticons.
Origin:
Like his two brothers, as well as the rest of the Autobots on earth, X-Brawn is an electromechanical being from Cybertron, a robot that strives to prevent Decepticon dominion of the universe. This alien may also be from another time period, making him doubly out of place on earth.
Known Powers:
Cybertronian Physique: like his fellow Autobots, X-Brawn is a robotic entity of Cybertronian design and origin. As such, this rugged explorer has, by his very nature, the use of a large variety of abilities that reflect this. His very body gives X-Brawn these super human powers:
* Armor Skin: like most Cybertronians, X-Brawn was built (or formed) with a reinforced steel frame, one that offers him Excellent (20) resistance to injury. This makes him immune to most basic human attack forms, and moderately resistant to his fellow robots. His defense breaks down as follows:
Ex 20 / Ty 6 / Fe 2 / Sh 0 / Sh 0
* Growth: most Cybertronians have some degree of control over their size, no matter what form they take. Due to his significant height in his humanoid mode, X-Brawn has this power via technicality; he may very well grow somewhat while transforming, but doesn't appear to do so.
According to the standard Growth rules, X-Brawn has this power at Good (10) rank, making him stand approximately fourteen feet tall. Since his Strength rank is (much) higher, this offers him no combat benefit, but on the other hand, human-sized folks targeting X-Brawn receive a +1 CS to hit him in battle.
The Ultimate Powers Book, however, gives X-Brawn this power at Poor (4) rank, making him out to be a bit over twice a normal human's size. This would grant the all-terrain Autobot a +1 CS to the Strength score listed above (raising it to Unearthly (100)), thus adding 25 points to his Health score.
According to the Transformers MSH Sourcebook, on the other hand, X-Brawn's statistics are geared towards mixing it up with beings of like size. As such, when fighting folks of normal human size, he should receive a +1 CS to the damage he inflicts upon them (+1 CS per 2 CS of growth).
Finally, per the Universal Heroes rules, X-Brawn has a +1 size factor. As such, he inflicts +1 CS damage vs normal human opponents, and has 1 CS of Damage Reduction against them. On the other hand, he is at a -1 CS to hit them in combat, while they receive a +1 CS to hit him.
* Invulnerability to Disease and Toxins: like all robots, X-Brawn is highly resistant to diseases and poisons that would kill organic beings. He possesses this resistance at Class 1k rank versus organic pathogens, and at Unearthly (100) versus more chemically creative substances.
* Microscopic / Telescopic Vision: all Transformers have the ability to alter their visual sensitivity as is necessary, where distance is concerned. Functioning at Feeble (2) rank, this power lets them see objects up to a mile distant with ease, as well as allowing them to read items on microfiche.
Bronco Blaster: this weapon, inherent to X-Brawn's vehicle mode (one of his side bars), detaches when he transforms, but can be stored on his back when not in use. He can use it in melee to inflict +1 CS Blunt Attack damage, or fire its plasma bolts to inflict Remarkable (30) Energy damage per blast.
Dead Heat Crusher: this powerful unit, built into his oversized left arm, provides said arm prodigious strength. In battle, he can use it at a +1 CS to his Strength score, allowing him to inflict Unearthly (100) damage in melee (Shift X (150) if using the UPB Growth rules in your MSH RPG campaigns).
It should be noted that as X-Brawn's Strength is increased when he makes use of his enhanced spark engine, ultimately increasing the effectiveness of the crusher as well; it allows him to inflict Shift X (150) damage in melee, Shift Y (200) if using the UPB Growth rules. This is potent enough to shatter buildings!
Headlights: to better emulate earthen vehicles (and since they come in handy in the dark), most automotive Transformers on earth are equipped with a set of convenient headlights. These twin lamps can be used to generate Excellent (20) intensity illumination, making driving at night no problem.
Iron Knuckle: this weapon, inherent to X-Brawn's vehicle mode (it's his front bumper), detaches when he transforms, and makes for a powerful bladed weapon. Usually wielded in his left hand, this blade allows X-Brawn to inflict his (enhanced) Strength rank in Edged Attack damage in melee.
(Cybertronian) Life Detection: X-Brawn can make use of a powerful sensor array that allows him to scan the area around him for Cybertronian life signs. Functioning at Remarkable (30) rank, these sensors can even display their results in a holographic form, allowing X-Brawn to share their capabilities.
Saber: this weapon, inherent to X-Brawn's vehicle mode (its his other side bar), detaches when he transforms, but can be stored on his back when not in use. He can use this serrated blade in melee to inflict his Strength rank +1 CS in Edged Attack damage with every deadly strike.
Shapechange: whenever he desires, X-Brawn can transform between his humanoid and Sport Utility Vehicle mode, and often does so quickly in battle to maximize the use of his abilities. This power is voice-activated, however ("X-Brawn, Transform!"). His S.U.V. mode has these vehicular statistics:

Spark Engine: after he was super-charged by Ultra Magnus' Matrix powers in battle, X-Brawn was given a new spark engine to handle this additional energy - in order to make it more reliable. When he uses this engine, he transforms from chrome/green to white/green/red in hue in an impressive discharge of power.
In addition to this spectacular visual, this engine grants X-Brawn various enhancements. While it costs him -1 CS on his Agility rank, it boosts his already considerable Strength score +1 CS, thus adding 15 points to his Health score (40 if using UPB Growth rules), and increases his Bronco Blaster's output by +1 CS.
Southpaw Lariat: built into his left arm, this powerful weapon has all kinds of nifty applications. It consists of a rocket-powered grappling hook that is somewhat maneuverable, one which is connected back to X-Brawn by an extremely high-strength (Unearthly (100) m.s.) length of cable.
Primarily, he can use the hook to attempt grappling, grabbing, or blunt attacks upon anybody or anything within three areas of his location. Also, he has demonstrated the ability to use this device to swing from building to building in a Spider-Man like fashion in vehicle mode.
However, this is likely a bit more damaging to his surroundings...
Triple Beam Attack: when they need to pool their resources, the three Autobot Brothers can, while using their spark engines, combine their weapons to emit a powerful energy assault. This combined blast of power is potent enough to inflict Unearthly (100) Energy damage per devastating blast.
Waterwalking: in his vehicle mode, X-Brawn can manage buoyancy in order to actually drive on a liquid surface, though he can only move at Feeble (2) speeds when doing so - 15 m.p.h. This power doesn't work in his humanoid mode, though - he tends to sink like a rock if he winds up in water in that shape...
Equipment:

Quirks:
(none)
Talents:
Advanced Guns: though he tends to prefer toughing it out in melee, X-Brawn is quite a good shot with his Rapid Fire Rifle. Since he can presumably utilize other, similar energy-casting weapons with equal skill, X-Brawn may wield any such device as though his Agility score was +1 CS in rank.
Repair / Tinkering: while he's not quite the mechanic that Side Burn is, X-Brawn nonetheless knows his way around most mechanical and/or electronic devices. When attempting to repair an existing device, or trying to modify a working item somehow, X-Brawn should receive a +1 CS to applicable FEAT rolls.
Sharp Weapons: X-Brawn has demonstrated proficiency in not one or two edged weapons, but just about anything with a blade. As such, when utilizing his saber, his iron knuckle, or any other sharp implement, X-Brawn may do so as though his Fighting rank was +1 CS higher than is listed above.
Contacts:
Naturally, X-Brawn can rely upon his two brothers, Side Burn and Prowl, for assistance should he need it, no matter how he managed to get himself into trouble in the first place. He can also count the other Autobots on earth as allies, as well as the humans Dr. Onishi and Koji Onishi.
Likeness:
In his vehicle mode, X-Brawn resembles a chromed Sport Utility Vehicle with a two-toned, green rear. In his humanoid mode, he appears to be a rather tall robot comprised of various, oddly-placed components of an SUV. When in his 'Super X-Brawn form, he appears the same, though his color scheme is different.
In his enhanced form, he's a primarily white-hued vehicle, with black, red, blue, and green decorations all over the place.
Personality:
X-Brawn is truly in love with the panoramic vistas that the earth offers, especially those that ordinary vehicles have a hard time functioning on. This Autobot likes nothing more than to rough it out in the wild, where his rustic, rough-natured personality usually shines the brightest.
The eldest of the three Autobot Brothers, X-Brawn usually perseveres in order to encourage his siblings in battle - and any other endeavors.

Story:
The exact origin of the Autobot called X-Brawn isn't exactly known. You see, it is known that he comes from Cybertron, as does his fellows, but it isn't known if this is the Cybertron of a parallel earth, or the Cybertron of the future; this makes things regarding his background rather complicated.
However, it is known that he and his Autobot allies learned of the evil Megatron's designs on the planet earth, and as such, they hoofed it to beat the vile Predacon to that world. Arriving literally years before the would-be master of the universe, X-Brawn and company had plenty of time to prepare.
Blending into human society by taking on the forms of earthen vehicles, the Autobots acted to help humanity in general as they prepared for the Predacon onslaught, at the same time building a powerful, global space bridge network that would allow them to drive anywhere on earth within minutes.
Doing his part to blend in, X-Brawn assumed a form that best exemplified his personality, that of a Sport Utility Vehicle. When not on active duty, he tends to pose as one of many vehicles of a particularly wealthy young businesswoman, one who enjoys driving him around in the country.
However, he doesn't let his love of the wild, untamed terrain of earth get in the way of his duty. He knows that, as the eldest of the three Autobot Brothers, that his siblings generally look up to him for leadership - and as an example of Autobot excellence. This makes him rather responsible in nature.
Though he isn't quite so obsessed with his responsibilities as is Prowl, really. He has no problem having fun while on the lookout for any Predacon / Decepticon shenanigans, and when he does come across such villainy, he's more than happy to duke it out with them - either alone or with his Autobot fellows!
