Known Powers:
Cybertronian Physique: like his fellow Decepticons, Movor is a robotic entity of Cybertronian design and origin. As such, this high-flying aerial combatant has, by his very nature, the use of a large variety of abilities that reflect this. His very body gives Movor these super human powers:
* Body Armor: like most Cybertronians, Movor was built (or formed) with a reinforced steel frame, one that offers him +2 resistance to injury. This makes him immune to most basic human attack forms, and moderately resistant to his fellow robots (taking his Strength into consideration).
* Enhanced Senses / Microscopic + Telescopic Vision: all Transformers can alter their visual sensitivity as is necessary, where distance is concerned. Functioning at intensity 2, these powers let them see objects up to a mile distant with ease, as well as allowing them to read items on microfiche.
However, it should be noted that Movor is in fact possessed of telescopic vision that functions above and beyond that of regular Cybertronians. When he activates his enhanced telescopic vision, Movor can zoom in on objects up to 250 miles distant (having this power himself at intensity 5).
This allows the high-flying Combatron to spot objects on the ground from low-earth orbit with normal visual acuity. In other words, he can scout out Autobot activity anywhere on earth (depending on his orbit) and even attack from space should he wish to; he usually fights alongside his fellows, however.
* Invulnerability to Disease and Toxins: like all robots, Movor is highly resistant to diseases and poisons that would kill organic beings. He possesses complete immunity to organic pathogens, and a 'mere' +10 resistance to other, more chemically creative substances.
* Radio Transceiver: as are most all Transformers on earth, Movor is equipped with an audio / video transmission system. This communications rig allows him instant contact with any other Decepticon or Predacon on earth, having intensity 10 power (25,000 mile range).
* Size Alteration: most Cybertronians have some degree of control over their size, no matter what form they take. Due to his significant height in his humanoid mode, Movor has this power via technicality; he may very well grow somewhat while transforming, but doesn't appear to do so.
This power is bound in Movor's case by the Growth Only and Permanent limitations, meaning that Movor is always 12 foot tall in his humanoid mode. Due to his size, Movor possesses this power at intensity 3, and while it's permanent, the requisite Strength and Agility changes are not applied.
This since his foes often vary in size considerably; the Autobots are not all die-cast from the same mold. For the sake of simplicity, one could just apply those alterations and call it a day, or he may go for accuracy and vary them based on the size of his current opponent; whichever works for your game.
Camouflage System: as do his fellow Combatrons, Movor seems to have a specialized camouflage system that he can use to blend into various environments (such as Arctic tundra, or blackest space). This system works at intensity 1, giving him a camo pattern appropriate to the background at hand.
Flight: having the highest level of power output among all the Decepticons, Movor has the power to fly at astounding speeds. Functioning at intensity 9, this power lets Movor fly at 600 m.p.h. in the atmosphere, though this power alone doesn't account for his ability to fly in space.
Gestalt: using this special power, Movor can combine his physical form with that of his fellow Combatrons. Working at intensity 12, this ability can be used to create the ultra-powerful Ruination, one of the Decepticons' most powerful operatives!
Resistance to Cold, Fire and Heat Attacks: built to function normally in the depths of space, Movor is highly resistant to temperature variations. As such, he has +5 resistance to any attack form that does damage in the form of intense cold, fire, or heat - his shielding covers those contingencies.
Shapeshifting: his most notorious ability, this power allows Movor to transform his humanoid form into that of a space shuttle, if admittedly a rather small one; it's only slightly larger than the vehicle forms of his fellow Combatrons. Movor can apparently access his flight powers in this form only.
Space Flight: though the exact limits to his speed in space are unknown, it is assumed that Movor can easily achieve escape velocity, not to mention either a high or low earth orbit. As such, he has this power at intensity 1 (at least), but he may be capable of faster flight.
Equipment:
Laser Pistol: his primary weapon in his humanoid mode, this weapon can be used to fire a powerful laser at Movor's opponents. This handheld firearm is a +5 device, allowing Movor to add this number to his Agility score for the purposes of inflicting damage in ranged combat.
Moon Lasers: mainly used in his vehicular mode (though they can be mounted on his lower legs in his humanoid form), these curiously named weapons fire a beam of colorless white energy at Movor's foes. Whether or not they're cohesive moonlight, they nonetheless inflict intensity 10 energy damage.
Hindrances:
(none)
Skills:
Aerial Combat: being built for (very) high flying combat, Movor knows how to truly think in three dimensions while working his way through a firefight. As such, he can substitute his Agility for Strength to attack while in the air, or do the same with his Intellect to determine the order of action declaration.
Marksmanship: as are the other four Combatrons, Movor is well-versed in the use of most all advanced, directed energy weapons. Whether it be a laser pistol, concussion rifle, or even a particle accelerator beam, Movor can wield it at one difficulty level lower than is otherwise necessary.
Military: as are the rest of the Combatrons, Movor is a born and bred warrior, and is naturally skilled in various matters of a martial nature. In other words, he knows general military protocols and procedures like the back of his manipulator, and can lead fighting beings into battle when necessary.
Calling:
Soldier, with a secondary calling of Outcast: like the other Combatrons, Movor is primarily a soldier at heart, and enjoys fighting in a disciplined, orderly manner. At the same time, though, he seems to keep to himself a lot, and spends an unnecessary amount of time in space, away from his comrades.
Likeness:
In his vehicle form, Movor resembles an American-model space shuttle, with like coloring, though the size is somewhat off; he's only about twelve foot long in this mode. Furthermore, unlike modern shuttles, he's heavily armed. His humanoid form looks like unto a robot built from spare shuttle parts.
Personality:
Something of a loner of the bunch, Movor tends to be a bit less bombastic compared to his Combatron teammates. Sure he's snide and sarcastic when the opportunity arises, but since he spends so much time alone in outer space, this 'bot tends to keep to himself more often than not.

Story:
As were the other first string of Decepticons 'born' on earth, Movor began his existence as an Autobot. Having left Cybertron for earth a good sixty years ago, he and his fellows crash-landed for some unknown reason in the American Midwest, and were only recently unearthed by later Autobot arrivals.
Before they could be properly revived, however, the Cybertronian who would become Movor, along with the other Autobots in stasis onboard his ship, were abducted by Megatron, who had... plans for these helpless entities. Taking their inert forms to an American military base, he put said plans into motion.
Awakening the sleeping Autobots, he had his Predacon minions force their stasis pods to scan in various martial vehicles in the vicinity. Carrying Movor's stasis pod, Sky-Bite couldn't decide which vehicle to scan in, since all the other 'good' ones had been taken, but fate decided for him.
Dropping the pod after he tripped, Sky-Bite almost caused the pod to scan in a nearby eagle, which would've produced another Predacon. However, the scanning beam narrowly missed said bird and struck a landing space shuttle - a heavily armed one at that - and Megatron then exposed the pod to his Spark.
This combination brought forth Movor, a newly formed (and brainwashed) Decepticon who could transform into a miniature, 'military' space shuttle himself. Considering his size, it is unknown if he can carry human passengers with him into orbit, but he can still make it there under his own power.
Thanks to this ability, unique among all of Megatron's minions on earth, he could slip into space in order to spy on various situations on the earth. When not on a specific mission for his new boss, Movor would find himself in space keeping an eye on Autobot activity on earth.
He couldn't always spot them in action, for sometimes they were mobile in areas that he simply couldn't see from his orbital position, but this was nonetheless quite useful. In fact, Movor managed to spot the secret hiding place of the mysterious Fortress Maximus for Megatron on various occasions.
Since this was the main reason that Megatron and his cronies had come to earth in the first place, Megatron was very happy about this. This didn't save Movor from Megatron's wrath once Scourge and Mega-Octane's plan to get rid of Megatron (who had since turned into Galvatron) failed utterly.
Fearing their heightened individuality (and the possibility that they may revert to Autobots), Galvatron decided to rid himself of his new Decepticons, and buried them alive when he destroyed a large portion of the Autobots' space bridge network - while both the Autobots and Decepticons were within it!
Despite this, some augmented brainwashing led Movor and his fellows to continue to serve Galvatron to the very end, fighting the Autobots until their leader was finally quashed at the hands of Omega Prime and his mighty Matrix Blade. With this done, Movor and the other Decepticons were incarcerated.
Soon after, he was transferred to an asteroid penal colony in the vicinity of Cybertron, where he presumably lies to this very day - unless he (or some other villainous Cybertronian) has managed to arrange for his escape...!
