T-AI is a computer program. A Tactical Artificial Intelligence (hence the acronym), T-AI was created by the Autobots to aid them in their mission on earth. Though existing entirely as software, this sentient program can use a variety of handy devices.

Known Powers:

Computer Link: the computer housing T-AI can connect with the rest of the Autobots' systems, allowing T-AI to monitor a variety of situations in the world simultaneously. She can link with the Autobots' base computers and space bridge network with Amazing (50) ability.

It's important to note that, if separated from the Autobots' computer network (say, if she's downloaded into her holographic emitter), T-AI only has an Intuition score of Typical (6). This is reduced further if she's downloaded into something with little or any sensors.

Equipment:

Holographic Emitter: T-AI makes use of a small device to project a three dimensional avatar of herself into the real world. This emitter hovers several feet above her, possessing Flight / Levitation at Feeble (2) rank, and can project holograms beneath itself.

These holograms are not photorealistic by any means; one can see right through T-AI, for instance. However, it can convincingly portray a 'remote' image or an 'avatar' of a machine intellect (such as T-AI) quite nicely. This holography works with Feeble (2) ability.

Of course, when such an intelligence uses this emitter, their consciousness is transferred into it completely. This has caused T-AI problems in the past, for she was absorbed from her emitter into another device completely at one point (however, she did get better).

Talents:

Law: T-AI is well-versed in the law on earth - both in Japan, where her team of Autobots works from, and elsewhere. This helps to keep the Autobots out of trouble while dealing with humanity, and she should have a +1 CS to her Reason in any legal matters.

Service: on top of her job of monitoring various earth communications and devising plans of action to deal with emergencies, T-AI is there to help the Autobots out in any way she can. She is a great 'person' to talk to, and should receive a +1 CS on efforts to reassure others.

Tactics: her whole reason for being, T-AI is a tactical artificial intelligence (it's her name, even!) She can readily devise solutions to any number of situations, and Autobots who follow her lead in such instances should receive a +1 CS to actions that follow T-AI's plans.

Contacts:

The Autobots tend to look upon T-AI as a 'daughter' of sorts, and would readily help her in any way they could, should she but ask. And she does a lot, in her role as the coordinator of their activities while on earth, even though some grumble about it more than not.

Likeness:

T-AI's holographic avatar has a 'cute' appearance. It manifests as a short young human female, in a maroon Japanese police woman's uniform. Notable is her helmet, which has two red police lights over her 'ears', both of which can light up in an emergency situation.

Personality:

T-AI is smart and has a considerable sense of humor. However, she takes her job as the Autobots' administrator very seriously, and has a short temper where Autobots who aren't so dedicated are concerned (like Side Burn), who consider her something of a 'fuss-bucket'.

Story:

T-AI, the Tactical Artificial Intelligence, is purportedly the 'daughter' of Teletraan I, the computer the Autobots first used on the Ark several million years ago. She (she identifies with the female gender) is a fully sentient computer program, and highly capable in tactical operations.

Most of her background is unknown, but T-AI has been known to be active for several years on the earth. Whether she was 'born' here or moved to earth from Cybertron (or elsewhere) is unknown, but her job is to help the Autobots to function inconspicuously on earth.

This involves monitoring most earth-based transmissions for signs of trouble, either in the form of Predacon or Decepticon schemes or 'simple' natural disasters, and deploying the Autobots in whatever fashion she deems is necessary to solve the problem (unless overridden by Optimus Prime).

T-AI is a capable administrator, and served the Autobots well in their time on our planet. When the Autobots eventually defeated Galvatron and his many minions, it is presumed that T-AI returned to Cybertron with them - unless she stayed in their Metro City base to keep a lookout.

You never know when Galvatron might escape from Cybertron and come after the earth again. It's where Fortress Maximus returned to after delivering the Autobots and their prisoners back home after all (though he spends his time time-traveling with a strange music group, it seems...)
