the Agency 13 Cult Files

Within these files, a body should find everything that we, Agency 13, have accumulated thus far on the various religious institutions, both amateur and professional (read: cults) that we have uncovered to date. Furthermore, I'll be updating these files regularly, as additional information becomes available on these dangerous, driven individuals. The cults we've discovered so far include:

the Church of Isis: having existed for over three thousand years, this former cult was a major competitor of Christianity in the second century, A.D. It lost out in the long run, however, and was relegated to mere cult status until about one hundred years ago. Since then, however, the Church has regained major influence in the middle east.

the Cult of Set: these demonic followers of the so-called God of Evil, Set, all bleach their flesh and die their hair red in emulation of their evil patron, and then go on murderous rampages to sate his appetite for destruction. Ardent enemies of the Scientific College of Frankology, these maniacs have been seen outside of Egypt more and more of late.

the Eternal Church of Satan: perhaps more dangerous than even the Cult of Set, these demon worshippers have insinuated themselves into every possible nook and cranny of American society, and are slowly bending it to their evil lord's will. Of course, most folks aware of them are acting to foil their dark plans, so they progress slower than they'd like...

Report filed by Chase Storey.

Knights of the Moral Majority: claiming that they know the one and only path that can lead mankind to salvation, the Knights act out against various religious, commercial, and political entities that they believe are either indecent, heretical, or simply inconvenient. Of course, not everybody believes that their moral crusade is all that moral...

the PsychoAnimists' Enclave: a bizarre church that believes that everything is intelligent and animate (in some form or another), the PsychoAnimists have set up shop deep in the heart of New York, in an abandoned church that nobody else cares for. Of course, the PsychoAnimists' are definitely up to something, as unexplained phenomena in the area of their church is increasing dramatically...

Report filed by Senor Barnett.

the Scienceology Foundation: though they proclaim that they are merely a source of personal freedom and enlightenment, the Scienceologists are actually a false faith and a fraud. They prey on the stupid and the weak-willed, pilfering them of their moneys and brainwashing them into serving the Faith. Unfortunately, we don't yet know their ultimate motive, but it's not likely a good one.

Report filed by Chase Storey.

the Transistor Movement: the various members of the Movement believe that Technology (note the capital 't') is the key to the universe, or to meeting the superior being up close and personal-like, or whatever turns their crank. As such, they go about becoming one with the machine, whether this means plugging their heads into computers or getting all roboticized; either way, the Movement is trouble.

Report filed by Sir Tophat.

the Warriors of Thor: firm believers in Norse mythology, the mighty Thor in particular, these heavily armed and armored, horn-helmed alcoholics tend to pick fights with any bikers, thugs, and tough guys they come across in order to impress their patron god, Thor, and to prove his superiority to others by proxy. And they do this very, very frequently.
