Many of us would like to think that the government - especially the American government - isn't up to anything... unusual. Or questionable. Or both. However, our investigations indicate that some branches of the United States goverment, as well as other governments abroad, are up to quite a lot of metahuman activity; some is for the better, some most definitely is not.
