The following is an index of the mercenaries we know to be active on earth, but who work solo, not being affiliated with any order or guild of their ilk. Only the truly elite have managed to make their way via this route, so it behooves Agency operatives to be exceptionally careful around these thugs, as they're pretty much top of the line combatants. Those we've identified so far include:

	Hazzard, Mark: joining the military to get away from his heartless family, Mark Hazzard went to Vietnam, and came home to an ungrateful country after several successful tours there. Unable to get an honest job, he turned to mercenary work... which he naturally excels at. Mark Hazzard comes in Classic and Saga styles!

	Mister Matter: born Chris Williams, this fellow is a mutant with the power to convert large amounts of matter from one substance into another (hence the alias). When not wandering the earth, he works for various groups as their provider of rare and prohibitively expensive materials. Mister Matter comes in Classic and Saga styles!
