Thunderfist was originally a normal human, a British man with no super human powers or aptitudes of any variety. For a time he did wield a costume that greatly enhanced his already impressive strength to super-human levels, but he has since discarded this Nazi-built gear.

Power Gloves: these unique devices (for their time, at least) enhance Patrick's Strength score to Amazing (50) rank, with a corresponding Health boost (to a total of 100); this allows him to pack quite a wallop whilst battling the forces of evil. Furthermore, the gloves (with an accompanying body suit) provide Patrick Good (10) protection from both physical and energy attack.

Martial Arts B: his true skill in life (as can likely be demonstrated by the nature of his super-equipment), Patrick can bash folks up like nobody's business. This skill allows him to make unarmed melee attacks (including those with his power gloves) as if his Fighting score were +1 CS.

Thunderfist was a member of the Crusaders, and as such he can rely upon those would-be heroes for assistance should he but ask - they got on pretty well despite the fraudulent nature of the team that they participated in making.

Costume:

Patrick's armored costume is a cavalcade of conspicuous colors. It primarily consists of a skin-tight magenta body suit, complete with his signature green power gloves, green trunks, a green belt, green banded boots, and a huge 't' on the front of his mask, between his eyes.

Personality:

Patrick is a big fellow of small words. He doesn't say too much, but then he doesn't really need to, for he lets his muscles do the talking for him. Not too bright, he was easy pickings for Alfie's nefarious schemes, but he's managed to make up for his mistakes nonetheless.

Story:

Little has been revealed regarding the origins of Thunderfist, other than the fact that he is a British citizen that inexplicably found himself not chosen for military service. Having a deep need to help defend his country, he was easy pickings for a turncoat named Alfie.

This Nazi spy had concocted a bizarre plot to assassinate the King of England, and needed the use of several heroes with which to distract the Invaders. To this end, he used equipment to give four would-be patriotic heroes super powers, and recruited two others to his cause.

These six compatriots would quickly grow to be known as the Crusaders, and made their public debut whilst the Invaders were out of Britain for a time. Either together or in small groups, they handled all kinds of crises - which the Invaders witnessed.

One of the Crusaders decided he didn't trust Alfie though. Figuring out that Alfie was indeed a Nazi sympathizer, Dyna-Mite was knocked for a loop by the villain, though he managed to warn the Invaders of the fiend's plot... just in the nick of time.

Once those heroes convinced the Crusaders that they were acting as the patsies of a Nazi jerk, they all abandoned the special equipment Alfie used to empower them in the first place. What Patrick will do without his special power gloves is unknown.
