Electrique is a paranormal, an altered human who gained her powers during the White Event, an astronomical incident that forever set her world apart from 'our' reality. While she gained great power as a result, Electrique nonetheless lost her basic humanity in exchange.

Known Powers:

Transformation / Self: Electrique's body has been permanently transformed from conventional matter into a densely packed field of electrons. Highly dangerous to everyone around her, both friend and foe alike, Electrique benefits from these super-human parabilities:

* Aura / Electricity: something of a misnomer, this power represents the hazard that Electrique's body poses to others on contact. Should someone touch her, or vice versa, Electrique's very body will inflict Excellent (20) Stunning Energy damage via electrical discharge.

* Damage Reduction: being comprised solely of electrons, Electrique is highly resistant to being assaulted by anything made out of matter. Since her body can mostly flow around most material interruptions, she benefits from 3 CS of damage reduction against physical attack.

* Electricity Generation: Electrique can fire blasts of electricity at anyone she chooses, bolts that inflict a whopping Incredible (40) Energy damage per deadly strike, and force the target to pass an Endurance FEAT versus this power rank or be Stunned for 1d10 turns.

* Flight: unlike most energy beings, Electrique cannot fly very fast. She can move about in three dimensions at will, doing so at sixty miles per hour, which is Poor (4) ranked flight. Unless 'flying' through a conductor, that is, which she can do at 1/3 the speed of light.

* Resistance to Psychic Attack: Electrique's energy form is quite resistant to standard telepathic attack, as she has been shown to shrug off Wayne Tucker's mind control as if he weren't there. Consider this defensive power Unearthly (100) in rank.

* Shape Change: Electrique can conceivably change the shape of her energy form, but she currently maintains the appearance of her former, human body. If you don't count the big, electrical hairdo, that is; after all, she has no matter to confine her to just one shape.

Quirks:

Bully 2: no longer human, in either mind or body, Electrique no longer possesses the psychological checks and balances that prevents a normal human from inflicting harm on others, possibly even killing them, for fun. She is at a -4 CS to resist these urges, if so desired.

Talents:

Languages / English and French: Electrique, a native French woman, has learned to speak English in addition to her natural tongue. Much better than most of the international members of the Medusa Web have, at any rate, since she is truly bilingual.

Contacts:

Electrique is one of the more erratic members of the Medusa Web, and as such, she may only rely on them to help her if they don't currently have anything better to do. Or they're in the mood, that is - after all, she tends to cause more trouble than she's worth half the time.

Costume:

None. She's a completely nude electrical cloud. She takes the form, however, of a woman in an orange jumpsuit and orange sneakers. These mostly seem to be relics of her former existence, for even though she has no... parts, she still maintains a modicum of personal modesty.

Personality:

Electrique is a homicidal young woman. She has a sense of humor and is fun to be around, until she gets excited. And it's all too easy to get an energy body going, now, isn't it? When she's in the mood to, she can cause all kinds of havoc. And she likes havoc a bit too much.

Story:

Very, very little is known about the woman that is Electrique, other than the fact that she's French, she's unstable, and she's quite powerful. She is also known to be on the Medusa Web's payroll, and she was present on the Web's second mission concerning Psi-Force.

She was the one that practically blew up the hotel that Wayne Tucker was hiding out in, causing Lindsey Falmon and Tyrone Jessup to come to his rescue. Of course, when Tyrone flew through Electrique's body, he disrupted her electrical form.

She disappeared after this, and may or may not be deceased. The latter may well be the gist of it, since she hasn't been seen in the employ of the Medusa Web after this incident, and they definitely could've used her staggering power in many of their subsequent operations.
