Bonecrusher F A S E R I P Res Pop Rm 30 Pr 4 Am 50 Am 50 Ty 6 Gd 10 Am 50 Gd 10 Gd -10 * Health: 134 Karma: 66 * Amongst humans and Autobots, at least. Gd +10 to fellow Decepticons. Origin: Bonecrusher is a Transformer, an electromechanical life form hailing from the planet Cybertron. A living cybernetic entity, Bonecrusher has several special abilities that define his existence, along with a plethora of unique offensive powers that reflect his transformation. Known Powers: Cybertronian Physique: Cybertron is a metallic world drifting an unknown and variable distance from our own planet. Having cradled the evolution of seemingly robotic life forms, Cybertron has granted Bonecrusher numerous abilities that help him thrive there, such as: * Body Armor: like all of the Constructicons, Bonecrusher is built tough. Of course, Bonecrusher benefits from additional titanium steel armor beyond the mere density of his various configurations. The Remarkable (30) rank body armor this provides is represented as follows: Rm 30 / Gd 10 / Pr 4 / Sh 0 / Sh 0 * Growth / Shrinking: as do his fellow Constructicons, Bonecrusher stands at fifteen foot tall in his humanoid configuration, giving him Typical (6) growth as a general means of describing his volume. This grants him a size factor of +1 in relation to normal humans. Bonecrusher swells in volume when he transforms into his Caterpillar D9G pusher configuration, however. Having a length of just over twenty-four feet, this gives him a +1 CS to his humanoid-mode growth rank, though his vehicular characteristics take his size into account. * Microscopic / Telescopic Vision: a wide-ranging visual acuity is common to the Transformers. They posses both microscopic and telescopic vision at Feeble (2) rank, allowing them to see objects farther, and far smaller, than mere fleshlings are able to. * Radio Transceiver: while Transformers do have a sense of hearing, and readily communicate verbally, they often range far afield from their fellows. They thus make use of an Excellent (20) rank radio transcevier, one with an optimistic maximum range of one hundred miles. * Resistance / Invulnerability to Disease and Poison: Bonecrusher is an entirely inorganic being, having been born to an electromechanical species long ago. He's immune to carbon-based plague and poison, and has Unearthly (100) resistance to other forms of disease and toxins. Concussion Bomb Launcher: instead of just ramming through something, Bonecrusher can fire bombs at it! In his vehicular mode, Bonecrusher can deploy fragmentary devices at it, which function at Remarkable (30) rank, to weaken structures and injure foes as desired. Corporeal Gestalt: one of the six Constructicons, Bonecrusher can naturally merge his form with that of his fellows to form Devastator! The Constructicons all possess this power at Good (10) rank, giving them reasonable cohesion as this terrifying gestalt entity. Kinetic Focus: in his bulldozer configuration, Bonecrusher can apply an inexplicable amount of force using its shovel. Far beyond what a normal D9G pusher can accomplish, Bonecrusher can inflict Unearthly (100) Force damage on impact with anything he rams with this component. Shape Change: by far his most well-known ability, Bonecrusher has the power to transform between several different configurations. He can stand as a humanoid, pose as Devastator's left arm, and reconfigure himself into a Caterpillar D9G pusher, one with these characteristics: C S B P Rm 30 Pr 4 Am 50 Rm 30 Super Digging: in his vehicular mode, Bonecrusher can deploy a large boring device which allows him to tunnel through the earth itself! He can burrow with Remarkable (30) ability, though he can only move as fast as his normal ground speed, whether above or below the surface. Limitations / Enhancements: (none) Equipment: Laser Pistol: as he lacks inherent weaponry in his humanoid configuration, Bonecrusher carries a laser pistol with him at all times. He can fire a coherent photon beam from this weapon to inflict Good (10) Armor Piercing Energy damage with every deadly assault. Quirks: (none) Talents: Demolitions: both his occupation and his passion, Bonecrusher is highly skilled in the destruction of structures - any structures. He should receive a +1 CS bonus on any attempt to wreck something, whether he's following a careful plan or just winging it in the field. Contacts: Hook can generally consider the other five Constructicons, as well as the Decepticons overall, reliable contacts. They need him to form Devastator, after all, so they're not likely to just leave him for dead unless he's really, really asking for it. Likeness: Bonecrusher is comprised of a primarily bright green metallic substance, regardless of his current configuration. He features numerous safety markers and other decals as a Caterpillar D9G pusher, while as a humanoid he has several items and indicators on his chest. Personality: This Constructicon, ironically, lives to destroy. Bonecrusher views demolition as wiping the imperfect from the universe, taking his work very seriously. Of course, he also can't help but show off his skills while destroying things, making destruction a perverse performance art. Clearing the stage for his compatriots to do their thing, Bonecrusher cheerfully reduces extant structures into fine dust and metal scrap for his fellow Constructicons. And if there happens to be any Autobots or humans in or around such structures, so much the better. Real Name: Bonecrusher Occupation: demolitions expert Legal Status: citizen of Cybertron wanted both there and on earth for any number of property crimes Marital Status: inapplicable Alias(es), if any: none Group Affiliation: the Constructicons, the Decepticons Height: 15' Hair: inapplicable Eyes: red or blue (depending on continuity) Weight: several tons Other Distinguishing Characteristics: Like all the Constructicons, Bonecrusher is made from various inorganic substances that are primarily bright green in hue, in all his configurations. As Devastator's left arm, almost half of his body (Devastator's lower arm) is purple, however. Design Notes: I primarily stuck with the text for Transcribing Transformers when producing my description of Bonecrusher, though I did greatly amp up the power of his kinetic focus, since his descriptive text overrides what his 'skill' or 'firepower' would otherwise indicate.
