Helmet (s): while on the job, Alexander wears a helmet at all times. It provides him +2 protection from physical attacks, as well as +2 Protected Senses / Vision, and has a radio headset that has no inherent range itself, but plugs into his Tiger Rat.
the Joe-Com (i): this is a new device given to all Joes since the group's reactivation. This high-tech wristband functions as an audio/video transceiver with various other goodies built in to help a soldier on the go, and is described in greater detail in its own equipment entry.
Knife (s): in the event that he has to eject, Alexander carries a blade in order to cut through parachute straps and the like. It is of m.s. 12, and can either be used to cut through items of up to like m.s. (with time), or to inflict his Strength +2 damage in melee.
Semi-automatic Pistol (a): hopefully, Alexander will never have to use this weapon - the idea is he'll be shooting people from his plane. He can fire this hand cannon to inflict his Agility +4 damage in a single shot, raised to +5 in a semi-automatic burst.
Tiger Rat (i): Alexander's sweet ride, the Tiger Rat is a captured and modified version of the old Cobra Rattler. He can use this devastating ground attack jet to lethal effect; the Tiger Rat is described more fully in its own vehicular entry.
Aerial Combat (a): in addition to being able to fly an aircraft effectively, Alexander can fight with it as well. Whenever he's behind the stick of an aircraft, Alexander may make any relevant combat actions at a reduced difficulty.
Boxing (s): essential military training, Alexander has learned how to defend himself should he find himself without weaponry. When attempting any unarmed melee strike (punches, kicks, etc...), Alexander may do so at his Ftg score +1 CS.
Marksmanship (a): a portion of his standard Air Force training, Alexander uses this skill both alone and while flying his Tiger Rat. He can fire any standard, semi-automatic or fully automatic rifle or pistol at one difficulty level lower than is normally required.
Military / United States (w): Alexander was born and raised on a Maryland Air Force base, and knew where he wanted to work as soon as he could walk. He has a truly natural understanding of military policies and procedures, and can function within a military unit effortlessly.
Piloting (a): his claim to fame, Alexander is a top notch pilot. He can operate just about anything that flies, from fixed-wing aircraft to swing-wing fighters to helicopters. When flying any aircraft, Alexander does so at a reduced difficulty.
Soldier: Alexander grew up surrounded by the Air Force, and that's where he always wanted to be. He enjoys the military way of life, and the fact that he gets to fight armed terrorists and goons in weird costumes in the defense of his country is just a bonus.
While active with the Tiger Force, Alexander wears a rather conspicuous outfit. It consists of an orange flight jacket with black tiger stripes over a red turtle neck sweater, orange trousers with black tiger striping, brown leather boots, gloves, belts and holsters, and a brown helmet.
Alexander loves the Air Force. He has been eating, drinking and breathing the Air Force since he was born, and it's literally in his blood. He's always wanted to fly, and enjoys doing so in the service of his country - the exciting dog fights are just a job perk, you see.

Anyone who doubted that Alexander would grow up to fly planes for the Air Force simply didn't know the man too well. He grew up on an Air Force base in Maryland that his father ran, and was surrounded by fighter jets his entire life. He's loved them since he could crawl.
Naturally, he joined the Air Force and went through Officer's Flight Training School in order to get his hands on a jet he could call his own (after a fashion). Shortly after he got his 'wings', he had the opportunity to demonstrate just how good a fighter pilot he was.
Assisting the GI Joe team in combat raids against Cobra Island (whenever that elite force could sneak in an operation against the then-sovereign nation), Alexander was eventually brought onto the team himself. Though he'd proven his mettle in an X-30, he had something else to fly.
Since he was assigned to the elite Tiger Force unit, Alexander was given a Tiger Rat instead, which he enjoys immensely. The Tiger Rat is a modified, captured Cobra Rattler - itself a modified version of the A-10 Thunderbolt, which Alexander knows all too well.
Alexander has used his Tiger Rat to serve the Joes - and his country - in style, blowing up all kinds of terrorists and their aircraft while on missions. Though he was 'released' from the team in '94 along with everyone else, he's come back in their time of need.
Participating in some of the team's major offenses against Cobra over the last few years, Alexander has stayed on upon the team's full reinstatement in the wake of World War III, and he's helping the team to hunt down stragglers from Cobra who as of yet evade justice!
