Susana is a paranormal, an altered human who gained her powers during the White Event, an astronomical incident that forever set her world apart from 'our' reality. Her parability is speed-based in its manifestation, allowing her to move ridiculously fast when necessary.
Known Powers:
Super Running: Susana's power is her ability to run at really great speeds; she has the power to run at approximately rank value 40 ground speed (95.45 mph). It is unknown if she can do other things at a heightened speed, or if her body is just geared for running.

Helmet: Susana has communications gear inside her helmet, which lets her to keep in touch with Babel with rank value 20 ability - 100 miles. It can send and receive audio transmissions, transmit video to a waiting command center, and provides her head rank value 10 protection.

Skills:
Languages / Spanish and English: Susana speaks fluent Spanish, being from Chile, but she is believed to be able to at least speak broken English, as do most of the Medusa Web's international members. This has never been demonstrated, of course, but it is quite likely.
Martial Arts styles A and B: to exploit her astounding speed, the Medusa Web gave Susana top notch hand-to-hand combat training. She can make unarmed attacks at +1 RS, and may Pound or Concuss an opponent regardless of their comparative Brawn or Fortitude.

While she was around, Susana had proven herself to be a reliable member of the Medusa Web, and as such, she could reasonably rely upon them for aid should she find herself in need of it - this, of course, unless it served the Web's interests to not help her in her hour of need.
Costume:
Susana's costume consists of green stretch fabric pants with white racing stripes down the sides, an orange vest, orange gloves, orange boots, and a white helmet (with a yellow lightning bolt) with a big ol' visor. This visor is a polycarbonate shield covering her entire face.
Personality:
It's hard to gauge Susana's personality, as she was only active for a short time before her untimely demise. She came across as a silently efficient mercenary, though this may not have been entirely accurate. However, her teammates seem to have held her in exceptionally high regard.

Story:
Not a whole lot was known about the paranormal speedster known as Relampago, other than her first name, Susana, and that she transformed into a cult hero in her native Chile after developing her powers. Soon after she became well known, she was recruited into the Medusa Web.
She was yet another of their super-human operatives for a time, until she was accidentally killed by Anastasia Inyushin. Susana was beating up on her when she and the Medusa Web cornered half of Psi-Force in the Horton Plaza, down in San Diego.
Anastasia kept healing herself as soon as she was hit, however, so Susana couldn't take her down. Fleeing from the super fast mercenary, the psionic healer pulled on a line of X-mas wires to trip Susana up; this had a more drastic effect than Anastasia could have guessed.
Moving at her usual, great speed, Susana tripped on the line of lights, and fell down hard. Breaking her neck, Susana pretty much died instantaneously. Of course, the force of this tripping sliced Anastasia's fingers clean off, which is probably little consolation for the dead Susana.
