Origin:
Rollbar is, like other Decepticons, an electromechanical entity hailing from Cybertron - possibly the Cybertron of another era or even a variant timeline. He is an evil robot that strives to conquer the universe alongside his fellows, and wages war to achieve this goal.
Powers:
Cybertronian Physique: Rollbar is a robotic entity of Cybertronian design and origin. As such, this underhanded backstabber has, by his very nature, the use of a large variety of abilities that reflect this. His very body gives Rollbar these super-human powers:
* Body Armor (s): like most Cybertronians, Rollbar was formed with a reinforced steel frame, one that offers him intensity 4 (+1) resistance to injury. This makes him immune to most basic human attack forms, and moderately resistant to his fellow robots.
* Growth (a): Cybertronians come in all manner of sizes, few of which align with the human norm. Rollbar, for instance, generally stands at twelve feet tall in his humanoid mode, which grants him this power at intensity 2 as a general matter of course.
As such, this shifty scout a +2 size factor. This grants him a +2 bonus to the damage he inflicts on normal sized foes, while theirs suffers a -2 against him. Conversely, he suffers a -2 penalty to strike standard sized enemies in the first place, while they gain a +2 to hit him.
* Microscopic + Telescopic Vision (w): all Transformers can alter their visual sensitivity where distance is concerned. Functioning at intensity 2, these powers let Rollbar see objects up to a mile distant with ease, and allow him to read items on microfiche.
* Radio Transceiver (i): as are most Transformers, Rollbar is equipped with an audio / video transmission system. This communications rig allows him instant contact with any other Cybertronian within a wide radius of his person, having intensity 7 range (100 miles).
* Resistance / Invulnerability to Disease and Poison (s): as an inorganic life form, Rollbar possesses complete immunity to poisons and organic diseases. He also possesses intensity 30 (+7) resistance to more chemically creative forms of disease.
Camouflage System (a): as do all Combatrons, Rollbar wields a specialized camouflage system to blend into various environments (such as Arctic tundra, or desert sands). This system works at intensity 1, giving him camouflage appropriate to the background at hand.
Gestalt (a): using this special power, Rollbar can combine his physical form with that of his fellow Combatrons. Working at intensity 16, this ability can be used to create the ultra-powerful Ruination, one of the Decepticons' most powerful operatives!
Shape Change (a): this power allows Rollbar to transform between his humanoid form and that of a military Jeep of indeterminate make and model, though this ability is voice-activated ('Rollbar, Transform!'). Rollbar moves with intensity 4 speed in this form.
Hindrances / Augmentations:
(none)
Equipment:
Cannon Laser (a): Rollbar's primary weapon, this large weapon is of course his favorite. Rollbar can use this weapon while he's in vehicle mode to inflict +7 energy damage per deadly blast, but he can't seem to hold it while he's in his humanoid form.
Laser Pistol (a): in addition to his primary, vehicle mounted laser weapon, Rollbar also carries a secondary laser emitter, a pistol that he can use in his humanoid configuration. This weapon can be used to inflict +4 energy damage per savage blast.
Restraint Shells (a): equipment that all the Combatrons carry, these shells can be fired from their primary weaponry to capture a foe, rather than kill him outright. Each shell casts an energy net around a foe that restrains him with intensity 12 ability, +2 for each additional shell used.
Skills:
Advanced Guns (a): while he's quite the hand-to-hand combatant, Rollbar nonetheless carries two heavy duty laser cannons with him at all times - one for each form. He can use these, and any other directed energy weapon at his disposal, at a reduced difficulty level.
Boxing (s): in addition to his considerable firepower, Rollbar makes use of his very body as a weapon in combat. He can divide his pre-card play action score between two unarmed melee strikes in a given exchange, the last of which will occur as a contingent action.
Martial Arts (a): supplementing his boxing ability, this skill demonstrates Rollbar's intense training in the fine art of personal combat. When attempting unarmed attacks, dodging incoming assaults, or catching thrown weapons, Rollbar does so at a reduced difficulty.
Military (w): as are the rest of the Combatrons, Rollbar is a born and bred warrior. In other words, he knows general military protocols and procedures like the back of his manipulator, and can lead combatants into battle when circumstances deem it necessary.
Contacts:
As one of the Combatrons, Rollbar can rely upon his fellows for assistance should he need it - after all, they cannot form Ruination without him. Furthermore, he can consider Megatron's other minions on earth contacts as well, to some extent (even if Predacons don't like him much).
Calling:
Soldier, with a secondary calling of Explorer: Rollbar is naturally possessed of a martial mindset, regardless of his current allegiance. However, he seems to have something of an explorer's spirit within him, as he enjoys seeking out geographical extremes.
Likeness:
In his alternate mode, Rollbar looks like a dark green Jeep with an orange under carriage - though the exact model his vehicle form represents is something of a mystery. In his robot form, Rollbar resembles a heavily armed humanoid machine built from spare Jeep parts.
Personality:
Rollbar enjoys the extremes of weather that the earth provides. When he's crushing Autobots under his heel, he prefers to do so when it's raining, or while amidst arctic tundra, and so on. He likes spending time in saunas, and honing his martial arts skills to a razor edge.

Story:
Most of Rollbar's history is a mystery, for his true self has been irrevocably muddled by Megatron's meddling. You see, after the stasis pod he was riding in was corrupted by that villain, Rollbar was transformed into a highly combative, sarcastic Decepticon.
He seems to have been of a military mindset like his fellow Combatrons, but not quite so... gung-ho about blowing things up. Now that he's been forcibly turned away from the Autobot cause, Rollbar gleefully exults in the destruction of anything that Megatron wishes.
Working with his fellow Combatrons, Rollbar has caused untold damage to earth, much of which was unchecked by the Autobots, since their leader didn't stop trying to help him 'see the light' about his true persona for quite some time. Not that this mayhem was without purpose.
This because Megatron sought the location of Fortress Maximus, an immense Autobot secreted on earth long ago, and was willing to destroy everything standing in his way. And since there were so many darn Autobots on earth already, this meant Rollbar was rather busy.
Either by himself, or combined with his fellows into the mighty Ruination, Rollbar fought to the bitter end to accomplish Megatron's dangerous goals. In the end, however, Rollbar and his fellows were laid low by the Autobots, and captured in their ultimate defeat.
Once this was done, Rollbar was transferred with his fellow villains to an asteroid penal colony in the vicinity of Cybertron, where he presumably remains to this very day. Unless Megatron's influence is removed from his spark, he may stay there for a very long time, indeed.
