Origin:
As are his fellow Destructicons, Bludgeon is an electromechanical being from Cybertron, an evil robot that has, with his compatriots, waged a war against the heroic Autobots in a bid to conquer the universe. All of his abilities derive from his great size and alien construction.
Powers:
Cybertronian Physique: as a Transformer, Bludgeon is a robotic entity of Cybertronian design and origin. As such, this bombastic bombardier has, by his very nature, the use of a large variety of abilities that reflect this. Bludgeon's very body gives him these super-human powers:
* Body Armor (s): built (or formed) from reinforced steel, Bludgeon is considerably durable. His sturdy, inorganic composition affords Bludgeon intensity 8 (+2) protection from attack, enough to make him immune to most basic human assault.
* Growth (a): Cybertronians come in all manner of sizes, few of which align with the human norm. Bludgeon, for instance, generally stands at eighteen feet tall in his humanoid mode, which grants him this power at intensity 4 as a general matter of course.
As such, this belligerent brawler has a +4 size factor. This grants him a +4 bonus to the damage he inflicts on normal sized foes, while theirs suffers a -4 against him. Conversely, he suffers a -4 penalty to strike standard sized enemies in the first place, while they gain a +4 to hit him.
* Microscopic + Telescopic Vision (w): all Transformers can alter their visual sensitivity where distance is concerned. Functioning at intensity 2, these powers let Bludgeon see objects up to a mile distant with ease, and allow him to read items on microfiche.
* Radio Transceiver (i): as are most Transformers, Bludgeon is equipped with an audio / video transmission system. This communications rig allows him instant contact with any other Cybertronian within a wide radius of his person, having intensity 7 range (100 miles).
* Resistance / Invulnerability to Disease and Poison (s): as an inorganic life form, Bludgeon possesses complete immunity to poisons and organic diseases. He also possesses intensity 30 (+7) resistance to more chemically creative forms of disease.
Cannon (a): his primary offensive device in either configuration, Bludgeon is equipped with a tank's main cannon in his vehicular mode, which rests on his shoulder as a humanoid. He can fire this mammoth weapon to inflict his Agility +9 damage with each deadly blast.
Missile Launcher (i): secondary assault weapons, these two launchers rest over his treads in vehicle mode and on his wrists in his humanoid configuration. They inflict intensity 13 damage when fired singly, adding a +1 if both hit a target simultaneously.
Shape Change (a): his most notorious ability, this power allows Bludgeon to transform his humanoid form into that of an M1 Abrams tank, if admittedly a curiously colored one. Bludgeon's rather large tank form can only move at intensity 2 ground speed.
Hindrances / Augmentations:
(none)
Equipment:
Blaster (i): Bludgeon carries a backup sidearm in the event that some enemy (rightly) thinks to disable his main cannon. He can fire this hand blaster to inflict intensity 12 energy damage per deadly blast, though the exact type of energy it fires is unknown.
Skills:
Military (w): ore than anything else, Bludgeon is a proper military thinker. He's always studying his friends and his foes, to know what they're capable of and how they can best help (or hinder) his many schemes. He's a competent leader of fighting entities.
Contacts:
As a Decepticon, Bludgeon can usually rely upon those villains for assistance - if it suits their purposes. Of course, they left him to rot in an Autobot prison for quite some time, so there's that. He can rely upon Scourge and his Destructicons as dependable contacts, though.
Calling:
World Domination: the world is his oyster, and Bludgeon intends to let it know that. Repeatedly. Of course, Bludgeon is quite content to let others do his heavy lifting, even if that means 'working' for the likes of Scourge for a time. The power behind the throne is still the power, after all.
Likeness:
In his alternate mode, Bludgeon looks like a yellow tank accented with green trim here and there. In his robot form, Bludgeon resembles a humanoid machine built from spare green and yellow tank parts, and bears more than a passing resemblance to the original Megatron.
Personality:
Bludgeon thinks a lot of himself. Though he's not quite as smart as he thinks he is, Bludgeon is nonetheless quite the tactician and plotter, and is often the mastermind of various grandiose schemes - to be carried out either by himself or by other Decepticons.

Story:
Bludgeon is a Decepticon with delusions of grandeur... and the muscle to back at least some of them up. He's never met a grandiose scheme he didn't like, and has perpetrated a bevy of them against the Autobots - anything else in the cosmos that was foolish enough to cross his path.
Of course, while in the execution of one such plot, Bludgeon bit off a whole lot more than he could chew, and this rising star in the Decepticon army found himself captured by Autobots. More merciful than they should be, those do-gooders threw him into their asteroid penal colony.
Bludgeon rotted there for a good long time, attempting one escape after another. But it turned out this was all a feint; Bludgeon was engaging in seemingly inept escape attempts to lull his captors into a false sense of security. His 'big' plan was quite a hit, however!
Completely catching his captors off-guard while they were trying to deliver a powerful and dangerous Scourge into incarceration, Bludgeon made his escape. As he calmly strode out of the Autobot penal asteroid's innards, Bludgeon found that he had company, in the form of Scourge himself.
Though he intended to return to his conventional Decepticon chicanery, Bludgeon noted that Scourge had a certain something, a kind of mad ambition that he immediately recognized. Thinking this new found 'friend' to have potential, Bludgeon wandered off with him, instead.
Thus, Bludgeon joined Scourge as he founded his own Decepticon faction, the Destructicons! A plotter and tactical thinker, Bludgeon serves Scourge as his right hand man, coming up with plans the hot-headed would-be tyrant could follow without his own ego getting in the way.
These two were quickly joined by others, which really got the ball rolling on Scourge's dreams of universal domination. But the ultimate fate of him and his new Destructicon friends has yet to be revealed - and may not be for a very, very long time.
Design Notes:
There is no actual information about Bludgeon in any of the Robots in Disguise product literature, or anywhere else for that matter. He is a Destructicon, which seems to be an offshoot or sub-group of Decepticons, and has joined forces with that team's leader, Scourge.
Other than that, there's nothing. As such, he was modeled using a lesser version of the Machine Wars Megatron mold he was based on. Keep in mind that this is just one of many possible interpretations of this character, and is completely outside of 'canon'. Use or disregard as you see fit.
