Origin:

A Cybertronian life form, Scrapper is an inorganic being with the power to change his shape at will: a Transformer! His electromechanical nature grants Scrapper numerous ascendant abilities that define his existence, as well as a few additional, relatively unique powers.

Powers:

Cybertronian Physique: having his origins on the metal-heavy world of Cybertron, Scrapper is one of its most infamous life forms: a Transformer! As do almost all of his fellow natives of this strange alien world, Scrapper has numerous abilities to define his existence, like:

* Body Armor (s): like all of the Constructicons, Scrapper is built tough. Possessing a dense body comprised of inorganic substances, Scrapper benefits from intensity 8, or +2, protection from injury,an inherent form of body armor that is proof against most assault.

* Growth / Shrinking (a): as do his fellow Constructicons, Scrapper stands at fifteen foot tall in his humanoid configuration, giving him intensity 3 growth as a general means of describing his volume. This grants him a considerable advantage over mere fleshlings.

Scrapper swelts in volume when he transforms into his Caterpillar 966C payloader configuration, however. Since this gives him a length of just over twenty-two feet, Scrapper's volume change technically gives him a +1 growth bonus in his vehicular mode, for all practical purposes.

* Microscopic / Telescopic Vision (w): a wide-ranging visual acuity is common to the Transformers. They posses both microscopic and telescopic vision at intensity 2, allowing them to see objects farther, and far smaller, than mere fleshlings are able to.

* Radio Transceiver (i): while Transformers do have a sense of hearing, and readily communicate verbally, they often range far afield from their fellows. They thus make use of an intensity 7 radio transcevier, one with an optimistic maximum range of one hundred miles.

* Resistance / Invulnerability to Disease and Poison (s): Scrapper is an entirely inorganic being, having been born to an electromechanical species long ago. He's immune to carbon-based plague and poison, and has intensity 20, or +5, resistance to other forms of disease and toxins.

Corporeal Gestalt (a): one of the six Constructicons, Scrapper can naturally merge his form with that of his fellows to form Devastator! The Constructicons all possess this power at intensity 5, giving them reasonable cohesion as this terrifying gestalt entity.

Flight (a): in his vehicle mode, Scrapper can deploy a large set of wings that reduce the effects of gravity on his weighty frame, and allow him to soar through the air! He can fly with intensity 2 airspeed, or around sixty miles per hour, for a total of two hundred and fifty miles.

Shape Change (a): by far his most well-known ability, Scrapper can transform between several different configurations. He can stand as a humanoid, pose as Devastator's right leg, and reconfigure himself into a Caterpillar 966C payloader that moves with intensity 2 ground speed.

Shovel (a): the highlight of his vehicle mode, Scrapper can use this shovel to cut through almost anything he'll encounter on a work site. He can use it in a charging attack to inflict his Strength +5 in Armor Piercing slashing damage with every deadly impact.

Hindrances / Augmentations:

(none)

Equipment:

Laser Pistol (a): as he lacks inherent weaponry in his humanoid configuration, Scrapper carries a laser pistol with him at all times. He can fire a coherent photon beam from this weapon to inflict his Agility +5 in Armor Piercing energy damage with every deadly assault.

Skills:

Artist (w): the truth about Scrapper's talent is that he isn't a structural engineer, but a structural artist. He excels in blending compounds into the environment and building foes into them. This work may provide him additional achievement bonuses.

Engineering 2 (i): the skill that made him leader of the Constructicons, Scrapper is an engineer of some renown. He may attempt the design, construction, or repair of a given object or structure at one difficultly level lower than is typically necessary.

Contacts:

As leader of the Constructicons, Scrapper can reasonably rely upon his subordinates for assistance should it be necessary. The Decepticons overall can be considered reliable contacts for Scrapper as well, since Megatron highly values him and what he contributes to the war effort.

Calling:

Soldier: oddly for a Decepticon, Scrapper isn't in the fight for fun, or glory, or loot. He serves the cause because he believes in it, and only craves the satisfaction of doing a job well done. Though that job is sometimes littered with corpses is irrelevant.

Likeness:

Scrapper is a tall robotic entity that is primarily bright green in color, with a secondary color of dark purple somewhere in each of his configurations. Furthermore, in his humanoid mode, Scrapper also adds splashes of black and uncolored metal here and there.

Personality:

Leader of the Constructicons, Scrapper regularly receives praise for their works, primarily because he's the brains behind the team's efforts. He tries to deflect this adulation, however, insisting everything they do is a group effort. He's merely the maestro of the group.

This denies his true genius, however. Scrapper loves nothing more than to design and build Decepticon facilities that are indistinguishable from their alien surroundings. A further expression of his seething malevolence sees him grafting fallen Autobots right into his builds.

He doesn't consider a facility complete until an Autobot lies twitching somewhere within its foundations.

Real Name: Scrapper
Occupation: Constructicon leader
Legal Status: citizen of Cybertron wanted both there and on earth for any number of war crimes
Marital Status: inapplicable
Alias(es), if any: none
Group Affiliation: the Constructicons, the Decepticons

Height: 15'
Hair: inapplicable
Eyes: red or blue (depending on continuity)
Weight: several tons
Other Distinguishing Characteristics: Scrapper is a primarily bright green robotic life form of staggering size. Each of his three forms adds more hues, however, the main one of which is dark purple. For instance, Scrapper's vehicle mode only has dark purple on its frame.

As Devastator's right leg, Scrapper mostly has the same coloration, though he adds a bit of dark purple linkage to Long Haul. Finally, his humanoid form showcases a dark purple front torso, chromed upper legs, and a mainly black head save for his chromed face plate.
